Providing, laying & fixing in position RCC spun or hume pipes ISI marked with proper jointing in required slope packed in the gasket of hume or spun yarn and neatly finished with rich grout of cement moratar 1:3 or having flexible rubber ring joint made with prefectly air and water tight including testing of joints as per MoRTH Specfication : Clause : 1000 & 2900 NP - 3, 1000 mm dia

Construction of un-reinforced, without Dowl Bar plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per MoRTH specification clause 602.

Providing & fabricating steel reinforecemnt for RCC work including cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete including cost of binding wire as per MoRTH Specification : Section 1000 & 1600 TMT Steel reinforcement

Providing Cement plaster 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 at all levels as per MoRTH Specfication: Clause:1000 & 1300

Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I.not more than 6, including compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 tonne power roller at OMC to achieve desired density to required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges of machinery, including T&P and all lead of material from quarry (compacted thickness to be measured). Grading as per MoRTH specification : Table 400-1, 400-2 with CBR value not less than 15 To achieve 95% Proctor density

Providing and fixing of flood guage (water guage) as per IRC - 67 standards, 2 m long fixed on iron angle posts 50 x 50 x 6 mm, 2.6m long.

Supply of informatory / retro reflective sign board size 60 x 80 cm made out of 2.0 mm thick aluminum sheet face to be fully covered by white / blue high intensity grade retro reflective sheeting with Red/ white symbol, cut out or screen printed background with epoxy paint, complete confirming to MoRTH specifications clause 801 with angle iron post 65 x 65 x 6 mm, 3 Mtr. Installation of sign boards having the posts like mandantory, cautionary and informatory boards including excavation, fixing of posts in 300 mm dia. Definition plate of 1.6mm thickness frame to steel hollow dsection of 75mm x 75mm, 2.5m long stove enamelled paint with hold fast including paint logo as per approved design and colours. The logo shall be made out of 1.6mm thick circular plate fix on 1200mm x 150mm rectangular steel base plate 1.6mm thick, the base of circular shall be plain at the junction of base plate.
