In addition, the contractor also required to ensure to provide adequate number of trucks for transportation of commodities as per indent/instructions, failing which the liquidated Damage (LD) @ 540/- per 09 MT or fraction thereof per day will be levied from the Contractor against shortfall of given allocation during the month. * The contract value may be increased at the sole discretion of FCI.
