Providng & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on the prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface & applying primer @0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause-502 of MoSRT & H specification for Road &Bridge works(4th Revision) including all cost, carriage. royalty & taxes etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providng & applying Tackcoat with bitumen using the emulsion pressure distributer @0.20kg/m2 on the prepared surface of bituminous/ granular base cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause-503 of MoSRT & H specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) including all cost, carriage, royalty & taxes etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying premix carpet of 20mm thick using 0.27 cum of 13.20 mm to 5.60mm size crusher broken hard granite chips and 14.60kg. Penetration grade of bitumen (80/100 grade) for 10.00Sqm. Including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with smooth wheeled roller of 8-10 tones capacity, hot mix plant, bitumen boilers, finished to required level and grade as per clause 503 of MoSTR &H specification for road and bridge work (4th revision) and all other T&P articles complete with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials etc. including labours and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries and quality control test complete including all incidental charges with labour cess as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type-B seal coat with 0.06 cum of 6.70 mm size crusher broken hard granite chips and 6.80 kg. of 80/100 penetration grade of bitumen for 10.00sqm using hot mix plant , PRR bitumen boiler and all other T&P materials required for the work including 6.00mm thick sand blinding with all leads, lifts and delifts handling and rehandling charges including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials etc. labours and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work , watering and consolidation with PRR at OMC including all incidental charges with labour cess complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Blinding road surface with sand 6 mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of materials and labour , T&P cess etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in all kinds of soil except sand, sandy or slushy soil in borrow area by mechanical means and transportation of excavated earth by mechanical means with all leads, lifts, delfts, rehandling, conveyance, royalty, cess, including loading and unloading the same on prepared and approved surface including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5 cm. to 7 cm. in size and laying in layers not exceeding 22.5 cm.layers to make ready for watering and compaction with sheep foot rollers and dozers but excluding watering and compaction in dams and dykes for all heights including construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area with labour, T & P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Earth will be arranged by the bidder at his own cost and risk. Earth should be free from clods, roots, brickbats and other debris.. Measurement of the fill to be taken on the finished level section) only

Collecting, supplying and stacking good quality laterite moorum at work site in standard box heap size of 1.50M x 1.50M x 0.50M to be measured as 1 cum for pre-measurement beyond the trafficable berms and conveying from stacks, spreading mrooum with all leads, lifts and delifts, handling and remanding charges including cost, conveyance, royalty of all material etc. labours and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, watering and consolidation with PRR including all incidental charges with labour cess complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
