Quarry including lowering, laying concrete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0’6” thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and all type of taxes of all materials, watering and curing and cost of all labour, T& P required for the work etc. comp as directed by EIC

C.C. of prop. (1:2:4) in all floors using 12mm (1/2”) size hard crusher broken granite chips of appd. Quality from appd. quarry including centering, shuttering to wall side & lowering, laying, concrete, watering and curing etc. comp. to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of EIC

R.C.C M-20 grade concrete with 20mm & down graded hard crusher broken granite chips in all floors including hoisting and laying concrete,watering and curing for three weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth, providing beads or grooves where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalities of all material,dismantling the centering, shuttering work after the period as specified by EIC and cost of all labour,T &P required for the work complete in all respect, excluding cost of reinforcement, binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills in Foundation Base

Supplying HYSD bars of approved quality size and grade and cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills in proper position as required for the RCC work in all floors, including cost,conveyance,taxes of HYSD bars Fe500 and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of labour,T & P and other materials complete in all respact as directed by the EIC.

6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) to RCC surfaces/ ceiling finished smooth including closed deep chiping and slury treatment including watering and curing etc. comp. with cost , conveyance, royalty of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P scaffolding required for the work complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheeled roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) and as per direction of EIC.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per desing, over a prepared sub base with 40 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade) corase and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous opertation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days curing compund (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification Clause: 1501 and direction of EIC.

Supplying,fitting,hoisting, joist, M.S.Angle trusses of required span, purlines of required size and placing in position including cost of nut &bolts, cement concrete and all other materials required for the work, cost of all labour, T&P etc.complete as per specification & direction of EIC.

Painting two coats with approved brand of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of approved primer to iron works including cost of paint, primer, putty, scaffolding, T&P, cost, conveyance, cost of all materials and cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of EIC. (Paints of Burger/Nerolac/J&N /Asian/ ICI Brand is to be used.)

Laying of factory made hydraulically pressed and mechanically compacted pre-cast interlocking UNI PAVER blocks of Samudyam make / equivalent of 80mm thick of compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper laying of paver blocks in to the sand bedding layer through vibrator compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and finishing the surface including cutting of blocks at the edges with all labour and materials cost etc.work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Excluding Cost of Paver block)

Providing & fixing of (2' -6"X4-0")Size retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC :67 maade of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting,1.5 mm thick supported on M.S. square pipe firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with , 600mm below ground level as per drawing & technical specification clause 1701 MORD.
