Construction of Convention and exhibition centre using composite of RCC and Structure Steel Complete including design as per tender documents including structure and services incorporating stipulated specification, design basis reports (DBR), drawings for Civil & MEPF works and execution and handing over the same, complete as per tender documents which shall broadly include but not limited to following major components: a) RCC Structure in foundations and Superstructure. b) Structural Steel Works Including Painting. c) Roofing/Water Disposal Systems. d) Finishing Works (Plaster, Painting, Flooring, Doors, Windows, Glazing’s, Handrails, Dado, Acoustics, False Ceiling, Chairs, façade treatment etc.) e) Plumbing & Sanitary Works f) Electrical Works including main electrical panel room/sub-station g) HVAC Works including central AC plant and cooling tower. h) Furniture works.

Construction of Utility Buildings consisting of RCC Structure Steel including design as per tender documents including structure and services incorporating stipulated specification, design basis reports (DBR), drawings for Civil & MEPF works and execution and handing over the same, complete as per tender documents which shall broadly include but not limited to following major components: a) Under Ground water tank and pump room b) STP including electro-mechanical works complete c) Garbage room
