4.1 A V - CHAPTER - 4 SUB-BASES, BASES ( NON- BITUMINOUS) AND SHOULDERS Construction of Granular Sub-Base of required grading as per design mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

4.16 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. MORTH 406

5.1A - Prime Coat over WMM/WBM Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade Bitumen Emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90 kg per m2 using mechanical means. MORTH Specification No. 502

5.4 - Providing and applying tack coat with RS1 Bituminous Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg/m2 on Granular Surface.

5.10 II C - Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with 40/60 TPH capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30, @ 4.0 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

5.14. B C - Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 40/60 TPH capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.2 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

8.15 - CHAPTER - 8 TRAFFIC SIGNS, MARKINGS & OTHER ROAD PPURTENANCES Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 g/m2 area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35:2015.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

8.43 - Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 102 +/- 2 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 cm2 on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.

1.12 - Earth work in surface excavation by mechanical means for lowering & leveling the ground for all works other than foundation in all kinds of soils & upto depth not exceeding 300mm as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage of machinery & other appurtenances required to complete the work.

2.1.3 - CHAPTER 2 CONCRETE WORKS Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing,and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork shall be paid separately)Mix 1:3:6 (M10) Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.

2.11 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification. h. All other type of structures

2.4.2 - Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necesary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork to be paid separately) M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

8.34.2 - Applying priming coat: With ready mixed aluminium primer of approved brand and manufacture on resinous wood and plywood including preparing the surface after thorougly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

8.44 - Floor painting with floor enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

1.1 - 9 MTR decorative curve street light pole With Top :75mm ,Bottom :190mm of 3mm pole thickness having two arm brackets fixed to it with one side facing to road and another to the footpath side for led street light fixtures. Baseplate : 300mm x 300mm x 16mm Foundation bolt: M24 x 750mm "J" Bolt of 4 nos/pole The pole will be thoroughly cleaned and painted with coat of PU surface primer and suitable PU Paint.

5.14.3 - Supply and fixing of 4 pole power contactor with NO/NC contacts on existing wood panel board using necessary bolts, nuts, washers and wiring etc., complete with AC-3 Rating and as per IS -13947. 40 A

5.15.2 - Supplying and fixing Moulded Case Circuit Breaker(MCCB)over theexisting wood/panel board using necessary screws, bolts, nuts, necessary phase separators,handle and wiring complete.Protection of Overload and Short circuit with adjustable thermal magnetic release,Microprocessor release shall have Earth Fault as per IS/IEC60947-2. (Icu=100%lcs). In4PMCCB, all Poles should have protection for Short-Cicrcuit/OverLoad. For Microprocessor MCCBS Facility for segregating Priority and Non-Priority loads must be available in the MCCB.MCCB shall be provided with double insulation (insulation between front cover and internal power circuits to avoid any accidental contact with live current carrying path with the front cover open). Multi-pole breakers shall be designed to break all the poles simultaneously and they shall have a single mechanism 125 A 25 kA

5.14.2 - Supplying and fixing angle iron frame work fabricated out of M.S.angle iron.and M.S.Flat.with bolts,washers etc.,and painted with 2 coats of red oxide and then two coats of approved paint.

2.5.9 - Supplying and drawing Flexible Multicore Cable manufactured with electrolytic grade flexible copper withlow conductor confirming to IS 8130 1984 and (Virgin) PVC insulation sheathed suitable for working voltage upto 1100 Volts as per IS-694:1990 4C x 2.5 mm2

5.47 - Supplying and fixing Microprocessor based Electronic timer (without contactor,DinMountingusingnecessarybolts,nutsandwashersetc.,.)3120sec setting.

5.42.1 - Fabricating supplying and mounting MS box made out .SWG suitable for floor /wall mounting, fully weather proof with provision for better heat dissipation, provided with hinged front cover,equipped with tamper proof locking arrangements, with suitable size clamps with necessary cable entry pipe with gland and box should be finished with 7tanks treatment with powder coated paint and finally finished with approved colour etc., complete-14 SWG

5.18.1 - Supplying & fixing miniature circuit breakers on existing MCB distribution boards using necessary fixing materials and 'C' Type curve, indicatorON/OFF,energycross-3 with Short circuitbreaking capacityof10Kandcomplete wiringas requiredconfirmingtoIEC 60898. 6-32 A SP

6.4.1 - supplying of 1.1 kv , LT UG, cable having alluminium conductor PVC insulted, extruded inner sheated, galvanised , steel strip ( except 2cX 10 sq. mm wire armoured) conferming to IS-3975: 1990(No of strip indicated in GTP) & extruded PVC outer sheathed armoured cable with specified IS-1554 part-1:1998 & conferming to GTP of GROUP-A

6.5.1 - Labour charges for laying of 1.1 KV class UG cable in existing trench GI pipe / stone were pipe/on wall/ on pole as required.

6.6.2 - Digging of trench of 0.6m deep x 0.50 m wide refilling the trench to the required ground level and consolidating etc complete as per civil SR KSRB I-2, P-7) insoll ( Hard)

6.7 - providing and filling sand in excavated trench to cover already laid UG cable to a depth of 150mm all-round the cable.

1.1.4 - Open conduit system supplying heavy guage PVC conduite pipe 40mm dia 2.5mm thick confirming to IS 2509 with suitalb size bends , junction boxes adhesive paste etc and fixing using inverted wood plugs in case of RCC ceiling and RCc wall / stone structrue or rawl plugs in case of brick wall adn cement plastering the damaged portion using heavy guage saddles at an interval of 700mm using NF screws.

6.17.8 - Supplying tinned copper lugs and crimping and wiring to terminal point for wire of the following sizes. (PWD Electrical SR 2019-20, P.No.43, I.No.6.17.8)

5.7.3 - Supplying & fixing of Porcelain fuse channel with cut out on existing wooden/panel using necessary nuts, bolts and washers etc., complete. 63A.
