Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of Mix M20 with OPC @ 300kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @ 0.69cum and fine aggregtes @ 0.43cum machine mixed, machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms. thick, well compacted,in foundation, plinth and cills, inculding cost of all materials, labour, HOM curing complete as par specifications and complete as per Engineer directions.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of Design Mix M20 with OPC @ 320kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggrerates @0.69cum and fine aggregates @0.460 cum, with super plasticisers @ 3 liters confirming to IS 9103-1999 reafirmes-2008, machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, vibrated for all works in foundation for footings, pedastals, retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) inculding attached pilasters, columnspillars, posts, struts, buttresses, bed blocks, anchor blocks & plinths etc., inculding cost of all materials, labour, HOM curing, complete as per Specification and Engineer directions.

Providing T.M.T steel reinforcement for R.C.C work inculding straihtening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and / or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per design (laps, hooks and wastage shall not be measured and paid ) cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per Specifications. Specification and Engineer directions.

Providing, fabricatin, assembling and fixing in position aluminium partitions using sections in combination of plai, single groove as per requiremwnts for the frames of overall size 101.6mm x 44.45 mm, 3.18 mm thick having section weight, plain sections 2.40 kg/3 single groove section 2.541 kg/m and double groove section 2.683 kg/m and bottom member 114.3 mmx 44.45 mm, 3.18 mm thick and 2.6.46 kg/m; aluminium louvers of size 77.6mmx 27.6 mm, 1.7mm. thick section weight 0.483 kg/m; bottom portion approved colour lamination exterior grade; aluminium sections of mat finish or glossy finish using section, spacing of vertical member shall not exceed 0.6 m c to c; sections are cut to the required lengths, joints miltered and corners grinded sub dividing frames tennoned and riveted to frames, the assembled frame should be stiffened with corner angles stripped and fixed with screws, raw plugs and teak wood gutties to RCC columns or masonrt on sides RCC lintels or beams attop and floor at bottom, including cutting, chistling and making good with cement mortor to match the surface, providing and fixing bottom panel filled with the materials to a height of 0.9 m from floor level; and 5.5 mm thick plain glass for middle portion viz., 0.9m to 2.13m and top panel with lower sections, the glass and panels fitted with glazing clips of 19mmx17.3mm with thickness of 0.9 mm weight 0.124 g/m; aluminium sections pre treated for removal of any rust and prevention of further rust formation, and coated with greasy materials for non adherence of motars ar any other sticky materials; vertical menbers embedded in the flooring by making suitable size holes and fixing of doors of standard size (excluding cost of door opening) All the frame should be throughly cleaned free from rust, scale or dirt including cost of materilas, fixtures, labour and HOM complete as per specifications. using aluminium section powdered coated to a minimum of 60-70 microns with exterior durable pure polyester grade powder of approved quality and complete as per Engineer directions.

Providing and fixing in position 10mm thick plaster of parris (Gypsum anhydrous) for ceiling up to a height of 5 m above floor level over aluminium strips 25mm/6mm with 10mm gap in between and reinforced with rabbit wire mesh fixed to a metal frames including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and Engineer directions.

Back filling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall, return wall and foundation trenches as per drawing in layers not exceeding 20cms in depth, compacting deposited material by plate compactor/power rammer after duly watering to achieve the desired degree of compaction, including cost of materials, labour, hire charge of machineries, transportation, lead, lift, loading, unloading etc complete.as per MORT&H specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of work inculding all incidental Charges
