SDP004 - Cable Duct Across the Road Providing and laying of a reinforced cement concrete pipe duct, 300 mm dia, across the road new construction, extending from drain to drain in cuts and toe of slope to toe of slope in fills, constructing head walls at both ends, providing a minimum fill of granular material over top and sides of RCC pipe as per IRC:98 1997, bedded on a 0.3 m thick layer of granular material free of rock pieces, outer to outer distance of pipe at least half dia of pipe subject to minimum 450 mm in case of double and triple row ducts, joints to be made leak proof, invert level of duct to be above higher than ground level to prevent entry of water and dirt, all as per IRC: 98 1997 and approved drawings. Single row for one utility servic with all leads and lifts complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

SDP005 - Supplying PVC ringtite pipes conforming to IS 4985:2000 with latest amendments and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of PVC pipes and specials excluding cost of specials with jointing of approved type, with all labour with all lead and lift including encasing the pipe alround to a depth of not less than 15 cms. with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS Contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing etc. for: PVC pipes 75mm dia., 6 kg sqcm and class 3 with all leads and lifts complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

SDP006 - Refilling available earth around trenches pipelines, cables in layers not exceeding 20 cms in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming after watering with a lead upto 50 m, and lift upto 1.5 m. Including cost of all labour complete as per specifications with all leads and lifts complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

SDP007 - Construction of Granular Sub Base of required grading as per design spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 For Grading II Material with all leads and lifts complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

SDP008 - Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub base over a prepared sub grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 14:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600 1, cement content not to be less than 140 kg m3 , optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 7 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant transported to site, laid with a paver with eletronics sensor, compacting with 8 10 t vibratory roller finishing and curing . with all leads and lifts complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

SDP009 - Providing and constructing un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 Grade , coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383:2016:, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing , spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including construction joints, primer, sealant, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. with all leads and lifts complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

SDP010 - Providing and fixing in position 25mm dia dowel bars precoated with anticorrosive epoxy paint of required Dia. 600 mm. Long and at 300 mm. C C and wherever directed including handling, straightening, necessary cutting supported by TMT FE 500, chairs with proper alignment by using properly designed assembly of Bulkheads lubricating half length with bituminous paint as directed etc. complete. with all leads and lifts complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

SDP011 - Providing and fixing in position, tie bars precoated with anticorrosive epoxy paint of 12 mm dia. 700 mm. long and at 300 mm. C C and wherever directed including handling, straightening wrapping with paper of approved quality for half length, necessary cutting, handling, straightening , supported by assembly of TMT FE 500, chairs with proper alignment etc. complete.. .with all leads and lifts complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

SDP012 - Providing and laying 100mm thick factory made precast M 40 grade Cement Concrete Paver Block as per IRC SP 63:2018 and IS 15658 for Commercial Traffic Axle load repetitions more than 20MSA upto 50MSA & for Arterial streets of approved shape and colour, laid in required pattern and including over 40mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge. WMM WBM Base , DLC to be paid separately as per relevant technical specification with all leads and lifts complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

SDP013 - Road marking with hot applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads 250 g m2 area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35:2015.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.A sealing primer may be applied in advance on cement concrete pavement to ensure proper bonding. Any laitance and or curing compound to be removed where paint is required to be applied on concrete surface. 2. Cost of painter is already included in usage charges of road marking machine with all leads and lifts complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

SDP014 - Retro Reflectorised Traffic Signs Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67:2022 made of Class C Type XI retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 3mm 4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet depending on the size of the sign fixed over the back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB, 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC:67:2022. 90 mm x 75 mm rectangular with all leads and lifts complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

SDP015 - Constructing brick masonry chamber for underground C.I. inspection chamber and bends with bricks in cement mortar 1:4 1 cement : 4 coarse sand C.I. cover with frame light duty 600X850 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover with frame to be not less than 38 kg weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15 kg , R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix 1 cement : 1.5 fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size , foundation concrete 1:5:10 1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size , inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 1 cement : 3 coarse sand , finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and bed concrete etc. with all leads and lifts complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

SDP016 - Removal of telephone electric Poles and lines Removal of telephone Electric poles including excavation and dismantling of foundation concrete and lines under the supervision of concerned department, disposal with all lifts and lead and stacking the serviceable and unserviceable material separately with all leads and lifts complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

SDP017 - RCC Pole 9 Mtr Long, 150 Kg WL Sq Section Dwg No. BESCOM GM QS and S 51 Dtd 24.11.2018 as per IS 785 with all leads and lifts complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

SDP018 - Earth work excavation by manual means for drains,canals, waste weir, draft, approach channels, key trenches, foundation of bridges and such simillar works in all kinds of soils , as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, excavated surface leveled and sides neatly dressed disposing off the excavated stuff or sorting and stacking the selected stuff for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools and other appurtenaces required to complete the work. In all kinds of soils Depth upto 1.5 m. with all leads and lifts complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

SDP019 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite trap basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead and lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. The cost of steel reinforcement and formwork shall be paid separately Mix 1:3:6 M10 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates with all leads and lifts complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.
