Providing and Laying 50mm thick Bituminous Macadam as per IRC Specifications to the specified lines, grades and X-sections adopting aggregate(mix aggregate size 26.5mm) with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix (Bitumen content not less than 60kg cum) incl. preparing the granular surface (for premix coat) surface dressing by wire brushing, brooming & funning the surface with gunny bags and using Air compressor to remove mud and loose dirt and applying premixing /Tack coat, filling patches / pot holes, profile correction on the specified stretch. Bitumen over prepared surface nominal mass of binding to be allowed as per Most specifications and laying with 80-100 kn road roller with paver(Mechanically) at 110-1300 degree cent. Including heating costs with all carriages, cost of using materials involved, T.P & E/Labour, octori charges, taxes fee testing etc. during execution of work quality control. (rate to be quoted per unit for finished item inclusive of cost of bitumen and filler( All lead lift and carriage complete)

Providing and laying 25mm thick semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushedstone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.25 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG- 30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity ( All lead lift and carriage complete)
