Requests For Tariff Price Adjustments Should Be Sent To The Contact Person On The Purchase Order Or Contract. Acceptance Of Any Price Increase Is Solely At The Government Of New Brunswick's Discretion, And Subject To Any Conditions Imposed At The Time Of Approval. All Bids Will Be Deemed To Have Been Submitted In Contemplation Of The Above Noted Potential Adjustments To Price.
