Oslo Municipality, c/o the Development and Competence Agency, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the procurement of rideshare services for the Alna District. Oslo municipality is working to promote climate and environmentally friendly solutions and increased focus on the use of shared solutions. In this context, the City Council would like to carry out a pilot procurement of rideshare services. The Alna District is involved as a pilot district and will be a user of the service. The pilot will provide valuable insight and knowledge that can be used to assess how to potentially procure and implement the use of rideshare services in the best possible way for Oslo Municipality's other organisations. The Alna District has 14 service vehicles that it would like to replace in whole or in part with the use of rideshare services. The number and type of vehicles and the times that they will have to be available are described in the tender documentation and associated documents.
