Oslo kommune c/o The Agency for Improvement and Development, department of procurement services, (hereafter called the contracting authority), invites tenderers to a contest with negotiations for a joint procurement for the procurement of telephony services. See the qualification tender documentation for further details.

The new agreement on the procurement of mobile phones and associated equipment will ensure that Oslo municipality and other organisations participating in the procurement have a stable and good supply of relevant mobile phones and accessories. In addition, the agreement will facilitate comprehensive technology choices, reduce municipal procurement costs and promote the development of sustainable solutions.

The contract is for catering, including hot and cold food, as well as cakes and bakery products for the municipality's entities. The contract is non-exclusive for both the contracting authority and the tenderer. The procurement will be restricted to entities or programmes that have a primary objective of integrating disabled or disadvantaged persons into the working life. This only applies when at least 30% of the employees, or alternatively those who provide the main service, have a disability or are disadvantaged, cf. Cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 8-8. This also applies for sub-providers, if any.

Oslo Municipality, c/o the Development and Competence Agency, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the procurement of rideshare services for the Alna District. Oslo municipality is working to promote climate and environmentally friendly solutions and increased focus on the use of shared solutions. In this context, the City Council would like to carry out a pilot procurement of rideshare services. The Alna District is involved as a pilot district and will be a user of the service. The pilot will provide valuable insight and knowledge that can be used to assess how to potentially procure and implement the use of rideshare services in the best possible way for Oslo Municipality's other organisations. The Alna District has 14 service vehicles that it would like to replace in whole or in part with the use of rideshare services. The number and type of vehicles and the times that they will have to be available are described in the tender documentation and associated documents.

The contract comprises advertising mediation for all types of media, including particularly digital and printed media.

The framework agreement shall cover the contracting authority's need for locksmith services related to emergency repair works, planned maintenance works and minor renovation projects. The contract involves locksmith work including the delivery and installation of locks, fittings, door closers, doors and door automation as well as the necessary additional services to be able to carry out the assignment. The contract also includes preparedness/turnouts in case of urgent need.

The framework agreement (co-procurement contract) will cover the contracting authority's need for redesign and repair of furniture and fixtures. The contracting authority's need for the services is varied and spans from, amongst other things, schools, nurseries, health institutions, and office premises, to park areas. The tenderer must themselves, or through/in collaboration with sub-supplier(s), be able to carry out at least one of the following: - Redesign (including design/sketches and execution of the work) - Furniture upholstery - Cabinet maker services - Other services mentioned or that are closely connected to the mentioned services in the tender documentation, point 1.3.2.

Oslo Municipality, c/o the Development and Competence Agency, procurement Services Division, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the procurement of a framework agreement for workwear, shoes, and protective equipment. The co-procurement contract will cover Oslo Municipality's need for workwear, shoes, and protective equipment, as well as the need for repairs of and adjustments to workwear in a way that contributes to more sustainable consumption in the municipality. The aim of the procurement is to meet the need for clothing and safety equipment for personnel in service.
