A decision has been made to continue with the current HR system in Oslo Municipality, and that the operational and maintenance contracts are to be replaced by a new contract when the current contracts expire. Oslo Municipality, c/o the Agency for Development and Competence, has entered into a new contract with Tietoevry Norway AS for the operation and maintenance of the current HR system.

The framework agreement is for consultancy services within public procurements. The aim of the framework agreement is to ensure that Oslo Municipality, including the Agency for Development and Competence (UKE), always has access to qualified consultancy services within public procurements.

The contract comprises advertising mediation for all types of media, including particularly digital and printed media.

A contract will be signed for the hire/operational lease of multi-function machines with supplies and additional equipment for all of Oslo municipality´s entities, as well as the companies who participate in the joint procurement contract, cf. the competition notice. The aim of the joint procurement contract is to cover the need for printouts, photocopies and scanning to email that the various entities have in their daily operations. The need for multi-function machines in the municipality varies from small offices that need a simple table-top model, to large schools that need larger machines with finishing processes that can print out, scan and copy large amounts of paper.

Oslo Municipality currently has the Unit4 ERP system solution, which has been adjusted to be used as a financial system. This solution will be continued, and the municipality will now enter into the procurement process for a new maintenance contract for the financial system.

The framework agreement shall cover the contracting authority's need for locksmith services related to emergency repair works, planned maintenance works and minor renovation projects. The contract involves locksmith work including the delivery and installation of locks, fittings, door closers, doors and door automation as well as the necessary additional services to be able to carry out the assignment. The contract also includes preparedness/turnouts in case of urgent need.
