Newhaven and Lerwick Tower Truncation Project-The works comprise the truncation of 2 Nos steel lattice towers at Newhaven and Lerwick, disposal of material and refitting and testing of antennas. This truncation is to remove corroded elements of the tower so as to prolong life.

First Line Nightshift Service Desk-The IT Service Desk front-line team night shift (7pm - 7am) has been outsourced to remove current risks, whilst offering credible financial efficiency savings. The existing major incident process remains unaffected with the current on-call rota ensuring specialists are available to respond to major incidents. This was a Further Competition under the Crown Commercial Service framework Technology Services 3, Lot 3a. There is a 12 month extension option available in the contract.
