The objective of the agreement is to achieve competitive terms, establish good routines for ordering and invoicing. About the procurement The project seeks to find a solution to the challenge: How can the process associated with food service in nurseries be resolved in such a way that it does not conflict with closeness to the children and other educational requirements, but rather is experienced as being valuable for both children and staff? Through the project, we want to develop new concepts for food service and, in the long run, test new solutions/processes through experimentation, and if possible, actual piloting. Information exchange with reduced clinical reporting burden. There is currently no agreed system for digital information exchange between GPs and health administration or other authorities. We would like assistance in looking again at the situation through an approach with service design and systematic design in order to get a good overview of the complex problem for involved actors, and in order to look at feasibilities. Efficient management of natural dangers. Everyone in Norway can need to be notified of natural dangers.  In this project we would like to examine further how warnings of danger fit into users' everyday lives and the tasks they must do. Through insight we would like to look for solutions, so that we manage to reach our user groups in a way that makes it easy for each user to understand what they ought to do when they see or hear a danger warning. Follow-up of measures for vulnerable adult persons who are at risk of violence Employees in various services currently have great challenges in finding the correct measures to take when an adult is in a vulnerable living situation where violence is likely to occur. Digitaliseringsdirektoratet (Digdir) [the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency] would like to establish a dynamic purchasing system to cover the directorate's need for consultancy services within the discipline system, web and test developer. The need for consultancy services is among other things, related to management of the Altinn system, but there is also be a need for consultancy support for assignments and projects connected to the directorate's main functions. Complaint processing economic social assistance In order to research possible improvements, we would like to base this project on one concrete case: Cooperation and interactions regarding complaint processing for economic social assistance. We have chosen this case because it provides a good insight into many of the challenges that state administrators and the municipalities face in their interactions.
