The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration, c/o NAV Finance and Management Division, the Procurement Section, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for the procurement of electric raising and lowering systems for kitchen and bathroom fittings with accessories, spare parts and services.

The objective of all labour market training courses is that they shall contribute to the job applicants being qualified for vacant positions. The service shall provide the target group training/qualifications for the stated subject area. The purpose of the procurement is for participants to obtain a driving license and qualify for work as drivers of heavier vehicles class C and/or CE, with the aim of relevant paid work. A large proportion of the relevant participants are considered to be in need of assistance in the form of a group initiative with training, qualification and job placement. Some of the relevant candidates will only need qualification or have previously completed parts of the training course for professional drivers, and will need individual locations to update their skills or complete the qualification to obtain a driving licence. The labour market measure includes mapping and assessing participants´ work abilities and any specific needs for assistance in getting or keeping work. The procurement covers different types of electric wheelchairs with manual control and electric wheelchairs with motorised control, as well as the accompanying accessories and spare parts, and services for the products so that they can be repaired, adapted to users, and reused. The procurement is split into sub-contracts for the best possible coverage of the users' needs. Different services are required in the different sub-contracts. An estimate has been given for the total value for the procurement. The maximum total value per sub-contract can be up to 40% higher than the estimated total value.

The need for client equipment is currently met through several different contracts. The contracting authority's orderers at the various office locations procure certified equipment from the suppliers' online shops, The office locations have local budgets and own the equipment they have procured. This means that the contracting authority has a considerable number of orderers nationwide who order equipment for their unit and pay for the equipment. The contracting authority carries out all tests and certifies the equipment itself for use at NAV, and the contracting authority's administration has a considerable job to follow-up the contracts.

The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration c/o NAV Economy and Management Division, the Procurement Division, hereafter called the contracting authority, has held an open tender contest for the procurement of heat aids. The procurement is for different types of heat aids for hands and feet, as well as accompanying accessories, spare parts, and the individual adaptations service. The heating aids are for persons that due to medical reasons have reduced ability to maintain warmth in their hands and feet. The tender contest was split into sub-contracts to best meet the needs of the relevant user groups. Contracts were signed for each lot with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users' needs. The maximum total value is estimated to be up to 40% higher than the estimated total value per sub-contract. The detailed contents of the procurement are specified in the tender documentation.
