Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ongrid Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant conforming to MNRE specifications as amended, consisting of Mono Crystalline silicon solar cells, net metering facility, necessary protections, Copper/GI plate earthing (Ac/Dc side separately), mounted on Hot dip Galvnised iron/M.S. structure of suitable strength and all bolts, nuts, fastners shall be of stainless steel / hot dip galvnised with following components complete as required:- a) Solar Photovoltaic Module: Module of capacity 545 Wp or above, manufactured in India as per MNRE, conforming to IS 14286/IEC 61215, IS/IEC 61730-Part-1, IS/IEC 61730-Part-2, IEC-61853/IS-16170, IEC-61701. Solar Photovoltaic Module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 20.9%. PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years.Rated power of solar PV Module shall have maximum tolarnce upto +3% and minimun fill factor of 75% to be used.Performance ratio (PR) should be show on Minimum of 75% at the time of intial commissioning etc. Pv panel must have RFID, shall able to withstand windspeed as per standard and all other specifications mentioned in conditions of DNIT. b) Power Conditioning Unit (PCU): PCU unit of 150 to 450 v/200-1000 V (as per system requirement) 50Hz +/- 2.5 Hz, conforming to IEC-62109, IEC/IS 61683, IEC-62116/60068, IEC-60255-27, IEC 61000-2,3,5. output voltage suitable to generate AC Power with efficiency not less than 97%, total harmonic distortion less than 3% and suitable for ambient temperature from 0 to 55 degree C. The PCU shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit the Grid Voltage Frequency. It should run on MPPT. PCU/Inverter shall have overload capacity of minimum 10%, micro processer / DSP controller , idling current at no load must not exceed 2% of rated current.

c) Mounting structure: mounting structure to be Hot dip Galvnised iron/M.S. structure of suitable strength and all bolts, nuts, fastners shall be of stainless steel / hot dip galvnised and as per BIS standard. Rate includes the required work to be done at flat surface/ slant surface and height of mounting structure may increase as per site requirement. Also rate includes the stairs, pathways any other material required for smooth running of solar plant. d) Data Monitoring System: There should be an provision of online monitoring in the systyem. The system should include all the provision for making the units IOT /COMPATIBLE for connection with the SCADA (should be GSM Sim Base/ wifi based) building sector-17 . e) Others: Fixing of Array junction box & Main junction box with IP 65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable along with glands, lugs and other accessories etc. as required. Lightning and surge voltage protection (both ac and dc), Islanding Protection. Connections & Interconnections by supplying & fixing required size XLPE/PVC insulated copper conductor 1.1 kV grade armoured power and control FRLS cables between solar modules, main power cable to grid supply PCU unit along with supplying & fixing of necessary channel/conduit lugs and other accessories etc. as required.

f) Document Submission: Agency to submit the detailed survey report (Tilt angle, no of module,Capacity, no of array, positions etc) of optimised solar generation at each site to engineer in charge for approval. also, Preparation and submission of drawings/documents/Data sheet/BOM (Civil/ electrical/mechanical), shadow analysis reports and quality assurance plan cover in the scope of agency and all the product must be approved from Engineer in charge before despatch to site. g) Warrantee : There shall be warrantee of 25 years for solar pannel and 10 years for all other material including PCU Unit from date of commissioning. h) Annual maintenance contract (AMC): Regular operation & maintenance of the SPV Power Plant for a period of ten years after commissioning along with replacement of any items as and when necessary as all the items are comprehensivly warranted for 10 years under the operation & maintenance contract. Plant must be in running conditions all the time and penaulty clause and detailed conditions are mentioned in DNIT conditions. Rate includes all the work related to pubic health (motor, pipe, connection etc) which will be required for cleaning of panel during maintenence time etc. Also rate includes all the devices/ work required to make system operational till energy meter/ Compact sub station. Detail specifications of all items are given in DNIT conditions. Prefered makes are mentioned as annexure.
