Earthwork in excavation for drains as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and base filling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Tech. Specification 305 MORD, 304 MORTH. This rate including cost of all labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer incharge of work. Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, Sealent, Primer, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing for 14- days, curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD. Painting to new iron work with one coat of Red oxide primer and two coats with synthetic enamel paint Grade-I VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre over primer coat of red oxid, including cost and conveyance of all materials like Red oxide primer ,Synthetic Enamel Paint to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors.
