Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor including roof.

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, ceilings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.Pakur Variety. M 20.

Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40 mm size excluding shuttering) In ground floor [Pakur Variety] M 10 1:3:6 proportion

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6). In super structure ground floor.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. For works in foundation, basement and up to roof of ground floor/up to 4 m Tor steel/Mild Steel.

Cutting chase upto 125 x 150 mm. and subsequent mending of damages. in brick wall [Cement-3.6 Kg/Mtr]

20 mm. thick plaster. Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary 9Ground floor). Supplying, fitting & fixing Zn-Al alloy (55% Al & 45% Zn) coating of 150 grams per sq. metre (followed by colour coated on both side) steel sheet work having minimum yield strength of 550 Mpa of trapizoidal profile of approved make (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 55 mm & 25 mm self tapping screw, EPDM Washer 16 mm dia & 3 mm th. washer etc. complete with 150 mm end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. In Roof:- With 0.5 mm thick sheet

Galvanised iron sheets valley gutter with perimeter not less than 750 mm with 225 mm lap each way fitted and fixed with necessary bolts, nuts, screws, etc.complete. Valley gutter made of 0.63 mm. thick sheets. (300mm End lapping)

Aluminium sheet ridging fitted with self tapping screws, EPDM washers etc complete.(Minimum 225mm end lapping). 300 mm lapping each way With 0.91 mm sheet.

Making scaffolding with staging, including hire charges of bamboo, Ballah etc. And all material requires suitable to undertake the jobs for which scaffolding is being made and when will be directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Above 10.0 m

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. For Structural Works in Roof Trusses etc. using joists, channels and angles of specified section weighing less than 22.5 kg/ m

Hire charges of gas cutter sets transportation of the same to and fro, including supply of oxyacetylene gas and tools and plants required for cutting M.S. structural frame etc. And as per directionof Engineer-in-charge.

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. In Ground Floor: One Coat.

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. Premium 100% Acrylic Emulsion

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved qualityincludings moothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : On steel or other metal surface : Two coats (with any shade except white)

Taking out rain water down pipes, removing chokages and refixing the same in position including mending good damages (of taking out and refixing)

Supplying, fitting & fixing UPVC pipes A- Type and fittings conforming to IS:13592-1992 with all necessary clamps nails, including making holes in walls, floor etc. cutting trenches in any soil through masonry concrete structures etc if necessary and mending good damages including joining with jointing materails (Spun Yarn, Valamoid/Bitumen/M-Seal etc) complete. UPVC Pipes: 160 mm. Dia.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (up to roof of ground floor), 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Uprooting and removing plants from the surface of walls parapet etc and making good damages. (Repairing of damages to be paid separately). Medium plant of girth of exposed stem upto 75 mm. lift upto 6 mtr.

Galvanised iron sheet eaves gutter fitted and fixed with necessary 50 mm X 6 mm M.S flat bar clamps bent to design, bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete. Eaves gutter made of 0.63 mm. sheets.(300mm End lapping). 300 mm. wide gutter

Special Note : 1. Specification of the Individual item would be followed as per presidency circle schedule P.W.D. Govt. of West Bengal, currently in vogue. However, the payment would be made as per actual work done and joint measurement at site. 2. Steel and cement to be supplied by the agency at their own arrangement and the rate should be quoted accordingly, Cement - JINDAL (JSW), A.C.C., Ambuja, Ultratech brand to be supplied and steel - SAIL, SRMB, TATA, RINL brand to be supplied, if any. For Ready Mix Concrete, any of the following brand should be used by the vendor; Ultratech / Ambuja / A.C.C. / JSW. All challans copy of RMC, duly authenticated by the agency, have to be submitted to this Company. 3. All information regarding site conditions would be obtained before quoting their rates. 4. The security deposit should be deducted by the company as per prevailing rules. The said security deposit shall be refunded on the expiry of six (6) months (as defect liability period) after completion of the work. Refund of security deposit shall be allowed till the final bill has been prepared and passed. 5. The rate of GST will be effected separately, as applicable. 6. The IT and any other Tax, as applicable, would be deducted from the bill amount.
