Servicing, Cleaning, Tightening Checking & Testing with Megger of 1000KVA, 11KV/433V, Dry Type Indoor Distribution Transformer with both the Primary & Secondary Cable end Terminals including Checking & Cleaning Temp. Scanner for Transformer Protection including Cleaning, Checking & Testing of connected incoming & outgoing cables end terminal joints. Clearing different type of impurities such as dry dust, wet dust, metallic dust, oils etc. with the help of vacuum cleaner, blower, duster dry cloth benzene and ammonia or alcohol etc. as directed by EIC.

Charges of following Routine Test of the 1000KVA, 11KV/433V, Dry Type Indoor Distribution Transformer (Unless otherwise specified, the tests shall be carried out in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 2026 (Part 1): 1977 and IS 2026 (Part 3): 1981) a) Measurement of winding resistance; b) Ratio, polarity ; c) Impedance voltage; d) Load losses; e) No-load losses and no-load current; f) Insulation resistance; g) Induced overvoltage withstand at 1.2 times rated voltage for 60 Sec h) Dielectric Test - Separate Source Voltage Withstand

Servicing, Cleaning, Tightening Checking & Testing with Megger of 415 Volts 1600A Cubical Type Floor mounting LT Distribution Panel Board with all the incoming & outgoing ACB & switches with cable terminations & also Bus Coupling & Spring Charge arrangements.

College Campus - Sub station

Servicing, Cleaning, Tightening Checking, Testing and calibration for 3 panel HT Switchgears a) IR value measurement by 5 KV megger. b) Contact resistance measurement by Milli volt drop method by injecting 100A DC. c) Primary injection of CT, artificial fault simulation by primary injection (over current and earth fault for all I/C & O/G panel). d) Tripping test confirmation by all relays at appropriate current & time setting with checking of relay wiring & its tightness e) Checking & rectification of indication circuit with power pack and spring charging mechanism. f) Checking & rectification of operation of all 800Amp VCB both electrical and mechanical. g) Tripping test confirmation of WTI and All Types of Relay Calibration to confirm if the operation of the relay is within the trip time and pick up current tolerances h) Cleaning, servicing and tightness checking of HT Bus-Bar and allied items by air suction blower, CRC / WD 40 and soft cloth. i) Cleaning, servicing and testing of CT & PT with Polarity Test. j) All setting should be as per CT ratio and load pattern and harmonized with CESC HT Switchgear setting. k) All the testing should be comply with the respective IS for preventive maintanance of 11KV Sub-Station.

S & Laying of 1.1KV grade 4 core 240 sq.mm. XLPE/Ar. AL. cable (Make -HAVELLS /NICCO / Crystal) on the cable tray mostly outside the building and partly inside room as per G.S.

Charges for Preparation of 4 Sets Statutory Drawing / Test Report which is duly approved by DOE, Govt. of West Bengal with arranging Third party testing and for follow up with Directorate of Electricity (DOE) for obtaining approval and charging clearance after carrying out necessary inspection by CESC Ltd. and DOE, and finally charging the system along with arranging and conducting necessary testing by third party. Charges for obtaining of statutary Approval/clearance from DOE and PCB shall also be included here.Servicing, cleaning, testing, and instrument calibration of the following HT, LT Panel VCB & ACB, and Dry-type Transformer, along with busbars, risers, and socket contacts, should be carried out by an approved agency of the Directorate of Electricity, Government of West Bengal and must be in accordance with the instructions of the EIC. All test reports, service reports, and instrument calibration reports, as mentioned above, along with Sub station Drawings incorporating all switch gear (SLD, Block diagram upto LT Panel outgoing) must be submitted in four copies within three days of testing and duly approved by the Directorate of Electricity, Government of West Bengal. If any anomalies are identified, they should be rectified immediately, and any means required for the rectifications should be provided by the agency
