S/D of 25 mm PVC pipes of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary socket for cable laying from flotting burge to kiox box.

Laying of 10 sq mm 3 core XLPE insulated Ar AL conductor cable through 25 mm dia PVC pipe with GI wire for cable laying through floting walkway.

Laying of two cable (from dam side to MCC Panel) of 10 sq mm in a under ground trench in a single tier formation(Horizontal) the trench size 760mm x 680mm average depth with brick protection on the top of each cable 8 (eight) nos. brick per mtr. And 4(four) nos brick per mtr as seperator including filling the space between the brick and cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duty rammed as per direction of EIC.

Lowering and installation of the above submersible pump motor sets with E.R.W.M.S. flexible hose pipe,valve in rising main line,connection of flowmeter and with necessary supplied all erection materials as required, into the dam including necessary electrical connection and testing all complete up to satisfaction and as per direction of EIC.(Any item not considered in the specification i.e adaptor, short piece, bend etc. should be supplied at the time of installation. No extra charge will be given for those item) Rate is including hire charges of generator, welding set, fuels, lubricants and gland to complete the job as per relevant IS and as per durection of EIC.

Supply and fitting fixing 415 Volt, AC3 duty four pole, 160Amp MCCB of breaking capacity 50KA with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic/adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting in SS enclosure with TMA protection with IP 42/43 protection powder coated as per direction of EIC. Installation testing and commissioning of above backwash pumping machineries with above supplied valve, M.S. pipe, cable etc. with supplying necessary pipe support, flange bend, valve support, cable tray, saddle, etc. as required size masonary cable trench and necessary foundation with supplying required no. compression gland, socket, cable lug, MS chequers sheet, insulating rubber mat, channel etc Laying of cable by cutting cable trench, and by making foundation as per requirement, connection with panel as per direction of EIC & IE rules to complete net finishing of the whole installation and making earthing connection with all pumping machineries. Rate is including hire charges of generator, welding set, fuels, lubricants & gland to complete the job as per relevant IS (Any item or accessories not considered in the specification but required to complete the entire installation and operation shall have to be supplied and installed. No extra charge shall be provided for this purpose).

Chlorination System- DISINFECTION ARRANGEMENT Supply & delivery of automatic plunger type chlorinator for feeding accurately automatic controlled dosage of chlorine solution into the water by connecting metering pump with flow rate of water 0-200 LPH with maximum pressure of 12kg/cm² suitable dosing pump and other necessary accessories on the delivery pipe line as required. The pump shall be coupled with 2 HP motor having 3 phase power and 1440 RPM (± 4 %) [Make of Machine. As per attached vendor list of PHED].

Installation and commissioning of the above supplied Chlorinator pump set and drawing of power line by supplying of necessary wire and continuous earthing connected to auto/manual Panel. This includes the cost of making necessary brick foundation base with neat cement finish by supplying all required materials(including starter) and testing the entire set as per direction of EIC.

Construction of RCC foundation volume not less than 0.4 cum in portion 4:2:1 and Ø10 and Ø8 TOR including provision of cable entry in Pole junction box and neatly cemented finish (3mm thick) above ground level.

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : 2 core 6 sqmm cable.
