Supply, delivery at site M.S fabricated T/W top cover (flange type)suitable for 200 mm dia tube well made of 12 mm thick M.S. plate with centrally welded 80mm dia M.S Socket(Heavy type) and 40 mm dia socket at side for 40 mm dia G.I. Pipe (for cable entry) & fitting fixing the heavy type G.I pipe specials & nut bolt including welding all joints and supplying all 80 mm dia shorts pieces, bends. flanges, sockets, enlargers etc. & 40 mm dia G.I. pipe, bend, union, joints, elbows as required for complete the job as per direction of EIC

Supply & delivery of M.S. suspension clamp with necessary nuts, bolts & washer etc suitable for 80mm dia pipe

Supply & delivery at site & storage CIDF single door swing check Non rising type NRV as per IS:5312 Part – I, (for individual L/L Pump) DN 80 mm (P.N.–1.0) rating (for Submersible delivery header)

Supply and delivery at site 10 sq. mm, 3 core, 1.1 kv, XLPE insulated Ar. Al. conductor cable Confirming IS:7098 (Part-1) 2011 Make: Havells/Finolex/Netco/Gloster/ Polycab (Materials should be supplied as per requirement of site, no extra material will be received by the department.)

Supply and delivery at site 2.5 sq. mm, 3 core, 1.1 kv, copper conductor cable Confirming IS:694 Make: Havells/Finolex/Netco/Gloster/ Polycab (Materials should be supplied as per requirement of site, no extra material will be received by the department.)

For laying of cable by cutting sand at riverbed and laying through underground trenching and ramming the shifted soil as per direction of EIC.

Laying of 10 sq mm 3 core XLPE AL Ar cable along with delivery pipe line including binding the cable with connecting line with GI wire in the river bed.

Laying 10 sq. mm xlpe cable in the underground trench in single tier formation (horizontal) the trench size : 450 mm width x 760 mm up to average depth with brick protection on the top of each cable with 8 nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cables and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Installation & commissioning of all items mentioned as in 1 to 5 including supply of all erection items, as required for installation of Submersible pumping machineris all valves, including supplying all necessary items i.e- nut & bolt wather rubber gasket, with painting, jointing of cables termination cable soketing by suitable rated sockets With Supplying fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust and moisture proof entry of XLPE armoured cables for 3 core 10 sq mm and Finishing of theend of 3 core 10 sq mm armoured cable by crimping method incl supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make ) tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials ( for kiosk box and panel ) for complete the installation as per Hydraulic standard & IE rules in compliance by engaging skilled technician all complete as per Technical specification and upto entire satisfaction of EIC.
