Providing FHTC from the existing CI/DI/uPVC/HDPE/GI/AC distrubition pipeline by installing 10mm NB Gun-metal Ferrule conforming to IS 2692:1989 with latest amendments on the said pipeling with supply fitti ng &fixing of all other accessories like saddle piece of required size to fit the existing distribution pipeline, specials, nut & bolts, rubber sheet, washers etc and supply & laying of 15mm NB PVC (schedule 80)/20mm OD HDPE (PE100, PN16) pipe ( average 15 m length) with all necessary specials 1.0 metre below the ground connecting the ferrule including cutting trenches in all sorts of soil and filling up trenches as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge and upto a point just inside the premises of the household or as directed by EIC. Supply and installation of a 15mm dia alloy iron Bib Cock (tested to 21 Kg/cm2)above 1.0 Mtr. from ground, an alloy Stop Cock of 15mm dia. with brass spindle (tested to 21 KG/Cm2)to be fitted in a position as directed by E.I.C . G.I pipe of TATA make (medium duly)of 2 metre length with all necessary specials to continue from the end of the HDPE/PVC pipe and upto 1.0 m above ground within the premises of household. Note: 1. PVC pipe shall of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD- 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS: 1239 (Part-I). 2. Rate is exclusive of supply and delivery of 10mm NB gunmetal Ferrule.

Supplying fitting and fixing G.I Pipes of I.S.I. make with all necessary accessories specials viz socket bend tee union cross elbo nipple longs crew reducing socket reducing tee short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps including cutting piped making threads fitting fixing etc complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground (Payment will be made on the center line measurment of total pipe line including all specials . Supply and delivery of CIDF sluice valve (Special type) PW-1.00 of different dia make with CI double flanged non rusting spindle sluice valves conforming to IS 14846 -2000 with latest emended having body dome/bonnet and cover of C.I.Gr-F.G 210mtr. spindle of IS-6603 G.R- 12/Gr-13 non-magnetic, nuts seat rings are of Gunonetal as per IS:318 LTB-2 flanges and drilled to IS:1538 Part IV & VI valves are suitable for max. working pressure of 10kg/cm2(seat test) and body tested to 15kg/cm2. N.B: The above item should be procured from the reputed manufactures as per deptt. approved vender list

Supplying, fitting and fixing Alloy Iron with brass spindle stop cock / bib cock of approved make and beand spray painted and tested to 21 kg per sq.cm. (i) 15 mm dia.

Ordinary Cement concrete M-20 (mix. 3:1.5:1) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS Codes. (a) River Bazree

Cement concrete with 30 mm down graded shingles excluding shuttering (a) 6:3:1 proportion

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging up to 4.00 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and column. lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing stricking out after completion of works. Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone) including removing spreading or stacking the spoils with in a lead of 75 mtr. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom bailing out water as required complete.(a) Depth upto 1.5 m

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layers not exceeding 150 mm including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete.With carried earth arranged by the contrctor within a radius of 1 km. Inclluding cost of carried earth.

Supplying & laying as per IRC-SP 063-2004 paverunit of any shade of approved quality as per relevent IS code,liad in pattern as directed in pavement footpath driveway (paver block only) etc including neccesary underlay complete in all respect with all labour and materils.(b)50 mm thick interlocking designer concrete block M-30 grade for non-traffic zone,building premises,garden,parks,domestic drive as per IS15658:2006 (over 20-30 mm medium sand bed on 200 mm thick bound gnaular base course including cost of sand bed but exclusive cost of course & subgrade preparation.(i) coloured decorative.

125 mm thick brick work with 1st class brick in cement morter (4:1) in ground floor

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and taking out joints or roughening of concrete surfae, including throating, nosing and drip course where necessary. In Ground floor.

With (4:1) cement morter, 15 mm thick plaster

With (4:1) cement morter, 10 mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm thick in wall, dado, window sills, floor, drain, etc

Bituminous pucca road (approx. 450mm depth) cutting by using gaiti, chisel, hammer etc. and picking uip the withdrawing excavated materials and remove the same within distance of 30mtr. at least all complete for fixing/crossing all dia of pipe line as per direction of EIC

Dismantling all type of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials of site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 mtr. for laying all dia pipe line in ground floor, upto 150 mm thick.
