Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS:8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surfaceof granular base including cleaning of road surface andspraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) For WBM / WMM Surface:(with primer @ 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm)

Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) On Bituminous Surface (Using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm.)

Repairing pot-holes and making up small depressions with ramming or power rolling including screening, cleaning chips or metals and washing, drying as necessary and heating the chips or metal where necessary, cutting pot holes to regular shapes with vertical edges, cleaning the disintegrated materials, heating matrix and applying tack coat (including sides), finishing the top of repaired surface levelled with adjoining area, including cost and carriage of stone aggregates and matrix, excluding cost of applying tack coat. [Tack coat is to be considered separately](b) Using Mobile HMP (Light duty) cum 819.00 854.00 ii) By grouting method using matrix @ 70 kg / m3 of loose net volume of course aggregate. Requirement of key aggregate may be taken as 10% of coarse aggregate and size 11.2 mm.

Bituminous Macadam using Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty) Providing and laying bituminous macadam with Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty) using approved crushed aggregates of specified grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface at specified laying temperature by means of approved and suitable arrangements to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with suitable power roller for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling as per specification to achieve the desired compaction including cost and carriage of stone materials and bitumen, hire charges of machinery and equipment, cost of fuel and lubricants and wages of operational staff, quality control complete as per Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).B. For Grading II (19 mm nominal size, 50-75 mm thick.)(i) Using HMP of capacity 100 - 120 TPH.Stone dust 10 %, 5.6 mm size 15 %, 11.2mm size 25 %, 13.2 mm size 20% and 22.4 mm size 30 %.

Open-Graded Premix Surfacing using Viscosity grade Paving Bitumen and HMP Providing, laying and rolling of Open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm (@ 0.018 m³ per m²) and 11.2 mm (@ 0.009 m³ per m²) size stone aggregates, including thoroughly cleaning of the surface, screening, cleaning and pre-heating stone chips and fully pre-coating the same either using viscosity grade paving bitumen or cut-back or emulsion, carrying the mixture by tipper trucks or by any other suitable arrangements, laying the mixture uniformly over the surface with paver finisher, including manual operations as and when required for proper line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in Hot Mix Plant and thoroughly rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades including the cost and carriage of stone chips and matrix, heating the matrix, preheating the aggregates to required temperature and including the hire charges of Hot Mix Plant and other machinery, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants etc. complete as per Clause 510 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) Using Batch Type HMP of minimum capacity 100-120 TPH

Providing and laying Premixed Seal Coat (Type B) with approved quality sand/grit @ 0.6 m3/ 100 m2 and bitumen binder on thoroughly cleaned black top surface coated with tack coat, including heating and mixing cleaned sand/grit (100 % passing through 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 180 micron sieve) uniformly with bitumen binder, laying and spreading the mix at an uniform rate using suitable means, brushing the surface, if necessary, to ensure uniformity, followed by rolling with power roller including the cost and carriage of binder and aggregates, cost of heating the binder and aggregates and all other incidental charges, cost of fuel and lubricants, including hire charges of machineries, tools & plants required for construction and quality control complete as per Clause 511 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Box cutting or filling road embankment to the depth upto 150mmin all sorts of soil including spreading the spoils properly over the flank as necessaryor on beam to approxmate gradeand chamber and and grade as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer -in -charge including removing and uprooting plants and jungle when and where necessary. For Depth upto 150 mm .

Removal of rubbish, earth etc. from the working site and disposal the same as per direction including loading & unloading into truck, carriage upto 5 km. and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction.

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating same by through saturation with water ramming complete, including the cost of supply of sand.

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor)(a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(f) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation

Ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any.in gruond floor as per relevent I.S. Codes. With Pakur Varity (crusher broken)

Supplying &laying as per IRC-SP:063-2004 paver unit of any shade of approved quality as per relevant IS code, laid in pattern as directed in pavement, footpath, driveway (paver block only), etc including necessary underlay complete in all respect with all labour and material ( Note: Sub-grade CBR should not be less than 5. ) (c) 60 mm thick interlocking designer concrete paver block M35 grade for light-traffic zone,commercial & office complex,tourist resort as per IS: 15658-2006 (over 20-40 mm medium sand bed on 250mm thk WBM/ WMM base course & 250 mm thk bound gnaular /granular sub-base course including cost of sand for sand bed but excluding cost of base ,sub-base course & subgrade preparation.) (ii) Coloured Decorative

Add 9% CGST and 9% SGST of sum of the amount of item no 1 to 3 i.e.Rs.3846474.61.5
