Job No. NH-2B/(WB)/(18)/15-16-018- S&R(B).” The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Government of India through the Chief Engineer (National Highway Wing), Public Work (Roads) Directorate, Government of West Bengal, is engaged in the development of Nation l Highways and as part of this endeavour, it has decided to undertake “Construction of 4-Lane ROB (Twins 2-lanes) & its approaches in replacement of level crossing at Km 3.950 on NH-2B (Railway Km 226/0) at Talit in the State of West Bengal. Job No. NH-2B/(WB)/(18)/15-16-018-S&R(B).” through an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract. The Public Works (Roads) Directorate, Govt. of West Bengal represented by the Chief Engineer (National Highway Wing), acting through the Superintending Engineer, National Highway Circle No.-II, Public Work (Roads) Directorate, now invites bids from eligible contractors for the following project: The complete BID document can be viewed / downloaded from the official portal of MoRT&H / State PWD / e-tendering portal from 14.08.2018 to 26.09.2018 up to 17.00 hours IST. Bid must be submitted online only at on or before 27.09.2018 (up to 13.00 hours IST). Bids received online shall be opened on 28.09.2018 (after 14.00 hours IST). The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has developed the Bidder Information Management System (BIMS) to streamline the process of Pre qualification of bidders for contracts on EPC Mode for all National Highway works and other centrally sponsored works with enhanced transp rency and objectivity. BIMS shall work as a databse comprising bidder wise information covering basic details, civil work experience, cash accruals and net worth, annu l turnover etc. so that bidder’s pre-qualification is quickly assessed based on evaluation parameters like threshold capacity and bid capacity from the already stored data and technical ev luation can be carried out in a faster manner using this information. Thus, all the prospective bidders are advised that in ddition to uploading details on CPP Portal and/ or submission of hard copy of the Technical Proposal as per the requir ment of RFP document, all are requested to upload on BIMS Portal ( their company related details. The bidders shall be responsible for ensuring that their latest details are available on the BIMS portal. These details shall be used by bidders to apply for this RFP.
