M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor, hard standing, etc including finishing the cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken bricks hardcore of gauge not exceeding 53mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing in soft/loose soil depth not exceeding 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling) etc rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar or stone walls to a depth of embedded portion exc one brick thick but not exc. two brick for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks locally available best quality straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed..

S&F of flat iron mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work complete Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 10mm with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other end, each screw end to be fitted with two washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolts not exceeding 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS round bars 10mm dia for securing chain link fencing fixed to RCC fencing posts as per Fe-410-W (Gde- E-250) quality 'A' or Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Material to be incorporated in item No. 15.00 here-in-after)

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, of any size mesh and wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link MS galvanised fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Materials to be obtained from item No. 13.00 & 14.00 here-in-before)

S&F of mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders, railings, framed brackets, walk ways, frame work of water tank and similar work conforming to Fe-290-0 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-polished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick (glossy type), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over and including 20 mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint using air less paint sprayer having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/ 10 sqm using smart technique over old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint(using AIR-LESS PAINT SPRAYER) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over wall surfaces by using AIR-LESS PAINT PRIMER SPRAYER using smart technique including preparation/levelling of new surface of wall, cornices using manual sand papers(where reqd) of approved grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exceeding 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Each line of wire to be measured).

Taking down old unserviceable barbed wire of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gate but excluding framed truss etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling expanded metal any thickness or mesh, n.exc 4 Kg fixed with steel or wood fillets if any complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling worught iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

PART-II (ELECTRICAL WORK) M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, FR-LSH type, ISI marked, conforming to IS-694/1990 unsheathed, multistranded, single core, copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade colour code cables drawn through and including PVC Conduit 20 mm dia medium grade (MMS) and including cutting, chasing work at any height and all accessories concealed in walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc. flush mounting MS box with top, bottom, side/back wall knockout for conduit entry from any direction made out of 1.60mm thick and 50mm depth suitable for fixing of modular top cover , blanking plate as per numbers of switch modules, modular switches, sockets, fan regulators, red colour indicator, blank plates etc as approved coloures modular accessories of suitable modules and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded FR-LSH type unsheathed single core cable with copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces by applying white/colour wash/distemper as applicable after applying of putty for smooth finish surface complete all as specified and directed for the following:- (Note:- (i) All necessary accessories such as modular box, top cover plate, blank plate, screws, washers etc are to be used of same make/brand only in relevant items. (ii) Cutting & chasing of wall for point wiring at any height shall be done and cost of the same deemed to be including with quoted rate.)

One 5 pin 6 amps socket point controlled by one 6 amps switch on independent board .

One 5 pin 6 amps socket point controlled by one 6 amps switch on same board .

All as per Item No.30.00 here-in-before but point wiring with 2.5sqmm PVC insulated multistranded flexible unsheathed copper conductor FR-LSH and earth conductor of size 2.50 sqmm complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

One 6 pin 6/16 amps socket outlet point controlled by one 16 amps switch on independent board.

One 6 pin 6/16 amps socket outlet point controlled by one 16 amps switch on same board.

S&F of modular switch 10 Amps, single pole, 1 way, 1 module, 240V, AC, ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of modular switch 16 Amps, single pole, 1 way, 1 module, 240V, AC, ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of modular socket shuttered type 6 Amps, 2/3 pin combined 2 module, 240 V, AC complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of modular socket 6/16 Amps, 6 pin combined shutter socket, 2 module with light indication, 240 V, AC complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of powder coated sheet metal enclosure acrylic door 240 volts AC, SPN distribution board 8 way for flush mounting with 200amps copper busbar, neutral bar, earth bar and MCB incomer of rating upto 200Amps, MCB SPN/DP and MCB SP as outgoing and complete connecting cable links with top and bottom removable gland plate with IP 43 DBs protection and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface & colour coat complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Legrand Cat No. 5076 21 8 way /L&T Cat No.DBSPN008GD/C&S Cat No. CSDBSPNPCGDD08 or equivalent model/Cat No of make as per Appx 'A' as mentioned in PS here-in-after)

S&F of MCB, SP, 6 Amps to 32 Amps , 'C' series, 240 Volt, 10KA, 50 Hz, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed

S&F of MCB, SPN, 40 Amps to 63 Amps, 10 KA, 'C' series, AC, 240 volts, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring complete with 2 run of 10 sqmm single core copper conductor (ISI marked) cable 1100 volts grade, FR-LSH type, PVC insulated, unsheathed, flexible, multi stranded colour coded cables drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit of required size medium grade (MMS) with all connected accessories such as Bend, Tee, Elbow, Short pieces etc concealed in wall/roofs/floors and including one run of 10 sqmm single core copper conductor cable flexible, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 volts grade, FR-LSH type as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and including chease cutting and filling the same with cement mortar and finished with putty and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface as required for concealed work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring complete with 2 run of 4 sqmm single core copper conductor (ISI marked) cable 1100 volts grade, FR-LSH type, PVC insulated, unsheathed, flexible, multi stranded colour coded cables drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit of required size medium grade (MMS) with all connected accessories such as Bend, Tee, Elbow, Short pieces etc concealed in wall/roofs/floors and including one run of 4 sqmm single core copper conductor cable flexible, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 volts grade, FR-LSH type as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and including chease cutting and filling the same with cement mortar and finished with putty and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface as required for concealed work complete all as specified and directed . ((Note for item No.39.00 & 40.00 : (i)Two runs of cable with one run earth wire and PVC conduit shall be measured as one length. (ii) Extra length of cable required for connection to DBs shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate and shall not be measured separately. (iii) Earth wire shall run inside the conduit. (iv) Suitable color code of wire must be ensured for phase/netural/earth. (iv) All surface cutting/making good for wiring/switch board/junction box/DB etc are included with unit quoted rate.)
