M&L for PCC (1:4:8) (Type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling or mass concrete of poles,stays,struts or any other indicated work including form work (if required) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) (Type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles/platform of feeder pillar box or any other indicated work including form work (if required) duly plastered and making the surface smooth and even by using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI pipe light grade with all new fittings (ISI Marked), laid in trenches, under road or fixing on wall/pole/crossing drain/nallah etc. of bore 100 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning in cable trenches over & under the cables, with river washed coarse sand, as per standard practice with proper compaction complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment).

Supply & laying unreinforced precast concrete cover, class HVP type 2, with peak of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm with minimum average breaking load 350 Kg as per IS 5820 : 1970, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Cross arms, bracings,supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from new structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed by Engr-in-Charge and inclusive of one red oxide metal primar coat,one under coat and one finishing coat of approved quality aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of HT feeder pillar box (CPRI approved) outdoor type of size 1.20m x 1.0m x 0.6m, powder coated, both side openable type, double door type, canopy on the top, two side ventilation, weather and vermin proof, outer shell shall be factory made of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet and inner shell shall be made out of 2.00mm thick CRCA sheet with Space heater with thermostat - 01 No including nuts, bolts and washers, suitable for 400 Amps 3 Nos Aluminium bus bar with HT insulation tape R,Y,B mounting on the HT epoxy insulator for incoming and outgoing feeder with angle iron frame of size 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron including necessary foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of expulsion fuse (Drop-out fuse unit) single pole 11000 volts grade upto 50 Apms rating complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply Installation, Testing & Commissioning of (2 LBS+2 VCB) 4way RMU, non- extendible outdoor type of rating 630 A aluminium busbar with a fault clearing capacity of 21 KA for 3 Sec, rated voltage 12 KV, operational voltage – 11 KV, frequency- 50 Hz, totally enclosed Ring Main Unit with IP 67protection for SF6 tank and IP 55 protection for outdoor enclosure with selfpowered microprocessor based numerical relay with over current and earth fault protection. Entire RMU should be tested for internal arc test of 21 KA for 1 Sec as per IEC 62271-200 standards including provision of necessary foundation with PCC (1:3:6) , type C-2 complete all as specified and as directed. (SMC Area-01,HQ Area-01,Tech area-01,Bomb dumb Area-01,PS 2 Area-01) Note:- (i) RMU Panel shall be manufactured by original manufacturer only i.e. Schinder/Siemens/Legrand/L&T/ABB/C&G. The firm specified cannot authorize any other vendors to manufacture RMU panels on their behalf and the panels so manufactured will not be accepted. The Panels manufactured by original manufacture’s only will be accepted and factory inspection will be done at original manfufacture’s plant only. (ii) Vaccum interrupter, VCB and relay should be of same make.

S&F HT overhead line of 11KV on 11 meter steel poles with continuous GI earth wire, including earthing of poles cross arms, insulators etc and ACSR conductor of sizes 3 of 6/1 x 2.24 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Cost of of earthwork, PCC foundation 8mm dia TMT bar (5 Nos of bar along the length & 9 Nos of bar along width) painting the route indicator slabs with yellow color synthetic enamel paint deemed to be included in quoted rate .

Following IEC shall be complied by VCB: IEC 62271-100, IEC 62271-102, IEC 62271-200 VCB shall have internal arc classification AFLR up to 26.3kA for 1 second VCB configuration will be (1 Incomer , 4 outgoings & 1 VCB I/C cum O/G type as per site condition.) Cassette type drawout VCB shall be of complete VCB & Complete horizontal drawout VCB without any additional arrangements for drawout. Drawout mechanish should be inbuilt in VCB cassette. VCB shall have Single latch door closing & optional rear door interlock. VCB shall have provision of Spring Charging Handle, Trip Rod, Moterised Rack Out Handle Available Separately. Note:- (i) VCB panel shall be manufactured by original manfacturer only i.e. Schinder/Siemens/Legrand/L&T/ABB/C&G. The firm specified cannot authorize any other vendors to manufacture VCB panels on their behalf and the panels so manufuactured will not be accepted. The Panels manufactured by original manufacture’s only will be accepted and factory inspection will be done at original manufacture’s plant only. Taking down unserviceable/old ACSR conductor any size from over head lines, poles by removing binding wire and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Dismantling unserviceable cross arms, clamps etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Dismantling insulator any type, any size from HT poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old PCC pole/struts any size complete all as specified and as directed.
