For the given estimated amount of 4,68,69,826.00, the values are: - At least 40% of 4,68,69,826.00, which is 1,87,47,930.40 - Or 2 similar nature of work, each of the minimum value of 30% of 4,68,69,826.00, which is 1,40,60,947.80 Additionally, the bidder should have annual turnover of at least 20% of the estimated cost put to tender of each tender work or above in any one year of the last three financial years. For the given estimated amount, this would be 20% of 4,68,69,826.00, which is 93,73,965.20. The bidder should also have a clean record of work experience for at least 7 years, with no adverse reports against them. The bidder should provide Completion Certificate for fully completed works during last 5 financial years, and the work should be in progress satisfactorily, with no penal action initiated against the executed agency. A certificate of satisfactory running work from the minimum Level of concerned Executive Engineer, or equivalent competent authority, is required for running works.
