KLN/804A/2019/LT-03 2 E-TENDER ID: 2019_WBSO_94051_1 3 NAME OF THE WORK Providing Rainwater Down-comers for facilitating draining of Rainwater from Filling Shed Roof at LPG Bottling Plant, Kalyani. 4 TYPE OF TENDER Electronic Bid under single bid system Part-1: Techno-Commercial & Price Bid 5 ESTIMATED COST INR 1077966.58/- (Rupees Ten Lac Seventy Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Six and Paise Fifty Eight Only) inclusive of all outgoings both Statutory & Non-Statutory; and GST @ 18%. 6.0 EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT INR 10800/- (Rs Ten Thousand Eight Hundred only). 6.1 MODE OF PAYMENT OF EMD a) ONLY BY ONLINE THRU E-TENDER PORTAL. b) Bank Guarantee as an instrument towards Earnest money deposit shall be accepted only if amount of EMD is more than Rupees One Lac. c) For detail about process of payment of online EMD, bidders shall refer “Special Instructions to the Bidder (SITB)” and “FAQs - Online EMD Facility in IOCL e-Tendering” documents attached separately along with the tender. d) Offline EMD payment through Demand Draft (DD), Bankers Cheque (BC) shall not be accepted. e) Acceptance of BG: Bank Guarantee for value up to Rs Two Crores can be accepted if it is issued by an Indian Branch of any Scheduled Bank appearing in the Second Schedule to the RBI Act of 1934. f) Bank Guarantee for EMD should be valid for the period of six months or till validity of offer plus 2 months, whichever is later. If needed, validity of BG should be extended by the Party / Bank. g) Bank Guarantee should be submitted as per enclosed proforma only If BG towards EMD is submitted in any manner other than aforesaid, the Tender is liable to be rejected. SL DESCRIPTION DETAILS h) In case EMD is submitted through BG: (a) The bidder will upload scan copy of BG along with the other required document (b) the original instrument (BG ) in physical form must be deposited in sealed envelope clearly mentioning the tender reference KLN/804A/2019/LT- 03 within 7 working days from the date of opening of technical bids at the address given below: Shri Shikharan Dakua Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.
