Rubble masonry in cement (1:6) with hard dressed stones from approved quarries and clean, coarse and washed sand including carriage of all materials to site (a) In Road and Jhora Work (ii) Course.

Labour for laying 150 mm to 225 mm boulder soling including rough dressing hand packing and ramming down small pieces in the interstics including rolling and preparing the bed to proper level and filling up all joints with sandy clay or earth.

Labour for laying stone edging with departmental stone materials laid to correct line and level including carriage of departmental stone materials within a lead of 150 metres cutting necessary trench in soil or in hard metalled surface, laying the stones and repacking the trench on both sides of the edging with spoils and ramming the same thoroughly. (b) 100 mm wide and 250 mm deep edging with stone sets laid-on-edge.

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Bridge Super-structure including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical pecifications. (a) For M.S. Rounds/Tor Steel/H.Y.S.D. Bars.

Providing and laying Design Mix concrete for plain / reinforced concrete work in any part of bridge (excluding bottom plugging) with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, including labour, cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. all complete but excluding cost of labour and materials for formwork & reinforcement works. (a) M-15 Grade Using concrete mixer.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical specification.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering including lighting, guarding, barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling, including cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machinery and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Providing and applying bituminous Primer Coat for priming of base course with Cationic bituminous emulsion of approved grade and requisite quantity including preparation of surface to be primed, through cleaning and sweeping, uprooting weeds,grass etc.dampening the surface beforeh and spraying the primer using sprayer mounted on distributor truck or with hand sprayer using mechanical pump including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work. (b) For surfaces with medium porosity @ 10.5 kg/ 10m2

Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). ii) On Granular surfaces treated with primer

Providing, laying and rolling of Open - graded premixsurfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm(@ 0.018 m³ per m²) and 11.2 mm (@ 0.009 m³ per m²)size stone aggregates, including thoroughly cleaningof the surface, screening, cleaning and pre-heatingstone chips and fully pre-coating the same eitherusing viscosity grade paving bitumen or cut-back oremulsion, carrying the mixture by any suitablearrangements, laying the mixtureuniformly over thesurface, including line,grade and level to serve aswearing courseon a previously prepared base,includingmixing in Mobile Hot Mix Plant(Light Duty)and thoroughly rolling with asmooth wheeled roller8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades including the cost and carriage of stonechips and matrix, heating the matrix, preheating theaggregates to required temperature and includingthe hire charges of Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty)andother machinery, pay of operators, costof fueland lubricants etc. complete to befollowed by sealcoat of either Type A or TypeB as per TechnicalSpecification Clause 508 forRural Roads of MORD.

Providing and laying Premixed Seal Coat (Type B)with approved quality sand/grit @ 0.6 m3/ 100 m2and bitumen binder on thoroughly cleaned black top surface coated with tack coat, including heating and mixing cleaned sand/grit (100 % passing through 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 180 micron sieve) uniformly with bitumen binder, laying and spreading the mix at an uniform rate using suitable means, brushing the surface, if necessary, to ensure uniformity, followed by rolling with power roller including the cost and carriage of binder and aggregates, cost of heating the binder and aggregates and all other incidental charges, cost of fuel and lubricants, including hire charges of machineries, tools & plants required for construction and quality control omplete as per Clause 511 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).
