Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 150 W Led Flood Light having Lumen Efficacy =120 lm/W , CRI70, CCT-5700 K, IP- 66, IK 08, Aluminum Pressure Dia Cast Housing with secondary lenses , Potted driver and Inbuild Surge Protection 4kv Internal & 10 kv external, complete with all accessories etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of following rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (a) Single pole 5/6 AMP

I/T/C of prewired street light fittings complete with all accessories on the existing G.I. pipe bracket on pole /wall including wiring & connections as required.

Supplying and fixing 5/6 amps switch ISI mark piano type switch on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supply of following size of XLPE Power cable of 1.1 KV grade armoured Al. Cable Compulsary ISI made Confirming to IS : 7098/ Pat -I / 88 with amendment no I as reqd. Cable Size- 2X10 sq mm

Supplying and fixing 270mm x 225 mm x 135 mm outdoor SMC PVC junction box with arrangement of 4 way connector terminals and suitable size MS clump fixing of existing pole/trass/ wall .

Providing and fixing 2mtr long 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron on wall/pole including painting the angle and flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. for installation of street light/ flood light fitting as required.

Laying of one no PVC insulated and PVC sheated power cable with the help of 7/18 GI stay wire & both side turn buckle with suitable size clamp fixing of pole/Godown wall/truss etc. as required for cable size of upto following size (a) upto 35 sq mm

Laying and fixing of one No. PVC insulated & PVC sheathed/XLPE al conductor cable of 1.1KV grade of following size on the wall surface as reqd. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

S/I/T/C of double door outdoor type free standing rust/dust and weather proof outdoor pedestal (Hut type) of size 800 x600 x 300 mm fabricated with 14 SWG CRCA sheet (2mm thick) and angle iron of 50x 50x 6 mm. and flat iron of 40 x 6 mm.with horizontal and vertical intermediate members for mounting of separate control gear including Inter connections with copper conductor cable with suitable size of thimbles, lugs etc. & powder coated as reqd.with front and back side opening and locking arrangements with 900 mm long legs of 50 x 50x 6 mm angle iron duly covered from all sides with 600 mm cover plate and suitable hole for cable in / out and cable gland /end termination. The legs should be grounted in cement concrete 1:3: 6: base including painting etc. The panel should incorporating the following items: - 1. Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ sub main wiring/ cable as required.
