Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and details of locations where local value addition is made 2. Certification by a statutory auditor or cost auditor if the bid value is more than Rs 10 Crore 3. Compulsory registration of goods/articles in this category shall conform to IS 302: Part 2: Sec 25: 2014 and shall bear the “Standard Mark” under a license from the Bureau of Indian Standards as per Scheme-II of Schedule-II of Bureau of Indian Standards (Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018 4. Conformity to Indian Standard IS 11676 (Latest) and registration as per Scheme-2 of BIS Experience Criteria: Bidders seeking exemption from Experience/Turnover Criteria must upload supporting documents to prove their eligibility for exemption.
