Filling properly the empty sausage crates withboulders of any size & shape with hand packing after preparation of bed of placement, placing the crate in position, carriage of boulders from road stacks with a lead upto 150m etc. complete in all respect including stitching the rest of the crate with wire (passage for filling boulders) after filling up the crate with boulders and launching the crate in position if necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in charge. Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure for height upto 5m with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal sizes and grading including screening and cleaning, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality, cement and water reducing admixtures, as necessary and mixing in concrete mix of suitable capacity and cost of curing with water, including labour, including preparation of design mix approved of the same by the Engineer in charge, cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. including cost of form work but excluding reinforcement complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1206 of Specification for Rural Roads (1st Revision), MORD. as per direction of EIC.Usingof 275 kg cement, 0.48 cum coarse sand, 0.48 cum 37.50mm stone aggregate, 0.24 cum 22.40 mm stone aggregate and 0.08 cum 11.20 mm stone aggregate.P.C.C grade M 15

WBM with coarse aggregate size range 53-22.4 mm (Grading – III) with Type – B Screening 75 mm thk: (Manual means)…..Providing, laying, spreading and compacting grading III stone aggregates of specific sizes (53mm to 22.4mm) conforming to Table 400.8 of MORD for water bound macadam including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying requisite type of crushable screening materials having Liquid limit (LL), Plasticity Index (PI) and passing 75 micron less than 20, 6 and 10% respectively to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate and brooming, watering and compacting to the required density including cost of all materials including lighting, guarding, barricading including cost for hire and operational charges of machinery, tools & plants, including making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side to protect the edges and cost for quality control etc. complete as per technical specification of clause 405 of Specification for Rural Roads, MORD. Using stone aggregate 1.21 cum of Grading III stone aggregate and crushable type approved screening as mooram/gravel @ 0.293 per cum of compacted volume.

Fillling in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification vide Clause 305.3.9 of Specification for Rural Roads (1st Revision).ii) Earth filling in (Marshy Soil)

Close bamboo pile walling made of 65mm to 75mm dia bamboos (in single line) driven about half length into the ground side by side, with stout stays at an interval of 1 metre, 3 nos. of half split bamboo runner of same dia. fitted and fixed with nails etc. complete as per direction (Measurement shall be taken along the length of walling after finishing the work) Using bamboos of length between 2.50m to 3.00m each .

Providing and laying Type – B Seal Coat using VG-30 (bulk)penetration grade bitumen @ 0.68 kg per sqm and using medium sand/grit (passing 2.36mm sieve and retained on 180 micron sieve stone @0.006 cum / sqm sealing the voids in bituminous surface laid to specified levels, grade and crossfall as per T.S Cl. 508 of Specification of Rural Roads, MORD. including cost and carriage of all materials,labour, lighting, guarding, barricading etc and cost of all other charges complete as per direction of EIC.Using Bitumen (VG-30) @ 0.98 Kg per sqm and stone aggregates (passing through11. 2 mm sieve and retained on 2.36 mm sieve) @ 0.009 cum / sqm

Supplying andfilling empty cement bags with earth and placing them in such a manner so that there should not be any gap between adjacent bag in both way in position including tying or sewing mouth (cost of thread included) and all incidental charges complete but excluding cost of earth/sand and gunny bags (Cost of earth filled in empty cement bag should be derived from item i) of SOR 2019.

Providing wire crete layer for every 1 m height of the sausage

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of grannular base incl. Cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per T.S clause no. 502 of Specifications of Rural Roads. including cost and carriage of all materials, labour,lighting, guarding, barricading etc and cost of all other charges complete as per direction of EIC .Using Bitumen Emulsion of approved quality(grade) @ 0.85 kg/sqm

Providing Laying & rolling of open-graded Premix Carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm aggregates @ 0.018 cum and 0.009 cum per sqm respectively as per using VG-30(bulk) penetration grade bitumen @ 1.46kg per sqm to required line, grade & level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN capacity static roller, finished to required level & grades as per T.S Cl. 506 of specification of Rural Roads MORD. including cost and carriage of all materials,labour, lighting, guarding, barricading etc and cost of all other charges complete as per direction of EIC.Using Bitumen (VG-30) per sqm and 13.2mm and 11.2mm size crushed stone chipping of approved quality @ 0.018cum/sqm and 0.009 cum/sqm respectively
