M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal/coke and common salt upto 0.90 mtr depth all around the earth plate and connected to earth lead of copper strip 20x3 mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of brass thimbles and other end of the earth lead connected to earth test terminal block and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 32 mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI ‘medium grade’ with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work, PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part- (2009) complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-I , 50mm thick reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm in lieu of CI cover.
2. On completion testing of earthing shall be done. If desired earth resistance is not achieved, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to obtain the desired earth resistance.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type, floor mounted step down, transformer 11KV/433 volts (at no load) AC 3 phase, 50 Hz, energy efficient Level-3, conforming to IS -1180 of 2014 (ISI marked and BEE approved) capacity 100 KVA CRGO with m4 grade, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil neutral (ONAN), Class-A insulation with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector groupl Dyn-11 with natural brought out on secondary side (LV) and having tapings at +2.5% to +5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear, the maximum temperature rise should not exceed 40 degree celcius and 45 degree celcius in HV/LV windings when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temperature of 50 degree celcius and comprising of the following:-

(a) 01 Nos cable box chamber on HV side (primary) consisting of 03 Nos porcelain bushing with copper rod complete with nuts, bolts and washers with 01 Nos cable gland suitable for existing cable.
(b) 01 Nos cable box chamber on LV side (secondary) consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with copper rod complete with nuts, bolts and washers with 01 Nos cable gland 100 KVA.
(c) Oil conservator tank with filter type drain plug and oil level gauge.
(d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of silka gel.
(e) Explosive vent, thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, oil drain filter valve, lifting hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, air release valve plug at 04 Nos plate soil cast steel detachable rollers.
(f) 01 Nos 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree celcius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with setting device.
(g) 02 Nos earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 4x25 sqmm LT cable for earthing of body, rating plate and terminal marking plate.
(h) Extra bushing for natural in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for natural.
(i) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked filtered and tested up to 60 KV die electric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes.
(j) Providing adequate size channels embedded in floor for movement of transformer. (k) Buchholtz relay complete with electric connection upto relay – 01 Nos
