M&L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre VG-10 (Paving bitumen) including preparing surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall ( 100% water oroofing design according to 65) of size 125mmx 125mmx 25mm ( shank 65 mm) of high efficiency mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery ( 1.2 V/1600MA) consisting os super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 03 & 08 :(i) Aggregates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20.B.2.5 of SSR 2009 Part- I (ii) Based on job mix formula, in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen) is less than the content specified under these items then a minus adjustment @ Rs 52/- per kg of bitumen (less consumption) shall be applied on the quoted rate of contractor against these items, hence the quoted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix formula. (iii) Design Mix for bituminous macadam shall be carried out through an authorised testing lab and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Overhead informatory road signage and boards size ( 1.2Mtrx0.9 Mtr), made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.(Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment).

Demolition of cement concrete(un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or PCC blocks or stone wall or concrete surface etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each n exc 0.5 Cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layer not exceeding 25 cm in hard & dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in foundation, and mass concrete using 40 mm graded stone agg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Plain Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying hot applied thermoplastic compound (paint) 2.5mm thick including reflecting glass beads incl cost of all materials, labour, machinery, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work incl all other charges. The finished surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification No. 803 as per IRC. Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. on roads, pavements and the like n exc. 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using (40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, type C-1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate), exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or cocrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any height, complete all as specified and directed.
