Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc. 1.50 Sqm and n.exc 4.00 Sqm each. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Refixing of shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but n. exc 2 Sqm each in same opening including taking down, easing and adjusting and also refixing builders hardware as required

M&L for for first class hard wood 30mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (withoout sash bars) edges of farming plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc.. size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, section 8, clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted chowkats.

S&F mild steel work in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

S & F 35m thick First class hard wood glazed and skeleton door shutters (three panels), open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framming plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads or securing glass etc, size of members of shutters all as per clause No 8.20 (a) of SSR Part-I (2009).

S & F 30 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both side complete all as specified & directed.

M & L solid PVC door frames of size 50mm X 47 out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheets reinforced with MS Square tube supplying and fixing in openings as per manufacturers instructions.

S & F factory made solid PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame, made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain print PVC , ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and wood grain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for tp rail & bottom rail, panelling of wood grain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed to geter with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S&F Plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), of 1 st class Hardwood 30 mm thickness with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers: supplied and fitted to chowkats →

S & F butt hinges 100mm long medium weight, cold rolled, mild steel complete all as specified & directed.

S & F butt hinges 75 mm long, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified & directed.

S & F mild steel barrel tower bolt, stove enameled black with bright bolt 100 mm long complete all as specified & directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness), size quality or description from wooden frames/ steel window complete all as specified & directed

S&F in repair for Harrison rails of anodised aluminium alloy curtain rails with fixing brackets and stop rollers fixing with screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for any work as directed and specified .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding, 40mm thick, finished the surface fair and even all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screeding 10mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch A (BOQ).

Supplyt only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for APP based polymeric water proof membrane, minimum 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 kg per square metre, black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt with thermo finish laid over compatible bitumen primer @ 0.30 liters per square metre and applying a layer of blown grade bitumen (conforming to IS -702) 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm with help of torching with a proplane or a butane gas using torch with minimum overlap of 75 mm at side and 100 mm at ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer's instructions.Complete all as specified and as directed. For parapet the membrane will be taken to a height of 30 cm and then inserted inside the parapet in a groove (No separate payment will be made and the measurement will be done for horizontal surface ).Including applying a coat of 85/25 penetration Industrial bitumen over top surface @ 1.2 kg/Sqm and binding materials such as sand in dry condition @ 0.5 to 1.00 Kg/Sqm shall be dusted over the bitumen complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- 1. APP based polymeric water proofing membrane shall be purchased directly from the manufacturer or their authorized distributors) .

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surafce of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and painting with synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint , Double coat)

M&L for preparation of New or Previously untreated wooden surafce of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and painting with synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint , one coat)

M&L for preparing old painted steel or iron surface ,of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces etc of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.
