The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is 40000000. 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is 50000000. 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is 80000000. The bidder shall have to provide Two work orders of minimum 50% of the Estimated Tender Value with satisfactory completion certificates in any Govt/Semi Government medical college/Hospital/Healthcare institute in the last Five years. Additionally, the bidder should have at least 3 years of past experience in similar services, with a requirement of 500 Lakh (s) in terms of value. The percentage of similar works completed is 50% of the Estimated Tender Value. The bidder must have experience of providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a number of years. The bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of 500 Lakh (s) for 3 years. Also, two work orders of minimum 50 % of Estimated Tender Value with satisfactory completion certificate in any Govt/Semi Government medical college/Hospital/Healthcare institute in the last Five year are required, and these work orders should be from different financial years.
