Sweeping and applying damp pochha with finyle on, kitchen, store and corridor of all the tables, chairs, racks, almirahs, windows curtain etc. cleaning of toilets with acid/harpic and putting Napthelene balls, freshner, toilet paper into toilet, sweeping of I/Q compound all complete.

Caretaking services of all suites including attending to visitors, serving drinking water, attending telephones, maintaining record of booking for all suites, preparation of tea and meals as and when required , replacing of bed sheets , towels, soaps etc. getting complete all the entries regarding checking in and out from visitors, collecting charges from visitors and depositing the same to authorities, washing of solled bed sheets i/c pillow covers towels blanket/quilt covers and all other duties of caretaking assigned from time to time all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (consumable like detergenl /floor cleaners /disinfectants/soap/duster etc. and cleaning charges for curtains/bedding etc. shall be borne by the agency. Only crockery utensils, curtains, bedding, gas stove with cylinder etc. shall be provided by the department, Cost of gass refil will be borne by the agency).

Provision of cable connection to suites including making payment to the cable operator all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Payment shall be made suite wise on monthly basis.
