Providing and laying Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

First Class brick work in 1:6 cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in the super-structure including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks as required and also including honey comb brick, but for wall of one brick thick, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:2 cement & Approved coarse sand.

Supply and fixing galvanized with fly and mosquito proof stainless steel grade 304 wire mesh gauge with 0.50mm dia wire and 1.40mm wide aperture including supply of C.P. Teakwood batten 8cmX1cm (3"X3/8")/flat iron 25mmX4mm and including supply of necessary screws all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying vitrified floor files in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matcheng pigments etc., complete. size of tile 600x600mm

Retro Reflective Signs (Type-IV sheet) for both side. Providing and fixing retro-reflective Signboards comprising of customised modular PU Epoxy coated MS angle iron frame work aluminum composite panel (ACP) as base board micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film/latex printing. The horizontal and vertical members including inclined outer members of the MS frame module shall be made of pair MS angle iron. No panel size shall be more than one sqm and each panel shall be braced diagonally (one way only) with MS angle. The MS frame module shall have length not more than 3 mtr. The aluminum composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4mm with 0.5mm thick skin of aluminium on both sides. The ACP shall be fixed on the MS frame with POP riveting or with self taping 88 screws 5mm dia spaced not more than 300mm centre to centre ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face on the frame. On the front visible face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet conforming to Type-IV of ASTM : D 4956-09 shall be pressure fixed. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 03 year outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67:2012 & proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender.

Painting or varnishing on iron works in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Paint to be used should confirm to the ISI No. 103. 1950
