Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (VG-10) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying 25mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of Grading-2 ( Table 500-17), premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction.

Brick on edge pavement on patries with bricks laid dry, joints filled with local sand including preparation of base to proper slope and its ramming, spreading a layer of 1 cm. 3/8' depth of local sand over the subgrade & including supply of all materials.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm. thick as per approved colour, layout and design including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm. area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per MORT & specification No. 803. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes rates to be inclusive of all taxes, royalty, VAT etc. all T&P/ machine, material and labour required for proper completion of work.

Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of RPM Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (High-Imoact Polystyrene) or Acrylonitrite Butadien Styrene (ABS) or Any other suitable matenal approved by the Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13.635 kg lested in accordance with ASTM D4280.The Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light eniring the lens face. Lenses shall be mouled of methyl methacrylate conforming to and the area of each retro-face shalls than exceed 130 mm. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer. The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete.
