Cost of tender fee against tender document shall be credited directly to the account of Executive Engineer (A), ETC, Ghaziabad through “NEFT” / ”RTGS” Transactions. 2. Earnest Money is to be deposited directly to the account of Executive Engineer (A), ETC, Ghaziabad, through “NEFT” / ”RTGS” transactions or through Bank Guarantee (BG) only. In case the Earnest money deposited by the bidder in form of BG the same should be pledged in favour of Executive Engineer (A) ETC Ghaziabad and must be valid for at least one year and original BG shall be submitted in the office within 07 days from the date of opening of bid otherwise Part-II of the tender shall not be opened. 3. The bid of Firms, without above mentioned Digital transaction against the purchase of tender documents and Earnest Money (EMD) shall be rejected outright. 4. The receipt of digital transaction against tender cost in form of UTR No./Transaction No. dully signed by bidder shall also be intimated by bidder on e-mail (setgzb@gmail.com or setgzb@upptcl.org) before bid submission end date and time. 7. Such digital transactions receipts as described in at Sl.
