WORK FOR COMPREHENSIVE PREVENTIVE AND BREAK DOWN MAINTENANCE OF DIFFERENT 400/220/132 KV TRANSMISSION LINES UNDER ETC-I MORADABAD. (G-Total 1921.351 Km.) AS PER FOLLOWING:-

Comprehensive Regular Preventive & Break Down Maintenance job of different 400/220/132KV Transmission lines in corridor of 54Mtr./35Mtr./27Mtr. respectively and its LILO for smooth operation of transmission lines under Transmission Divisions as per Details and Technical Specifications described in Vol-II by Providing of Gangs/Establishment of Site Offices with Main Store/Site Store near designated Substation as detailed below comprising of skilled man power and T&Ps along with Establishment of Site Office for carring out various activities including Tower to tower patrolling and submission of patrolling report in prescribed format in 5 sets within 7 days after completion of petrolling, which also to be fed in the ERP/Line Patrolling Software of department including uploading of photograph of defects with the help of Smart Phone of desired specification, Emergency Patrolling of the above lines on tripping of the lines for finding the line fault in minimum time, Lopping & chopping of tree branches/Bamboo Kothi coming in the corridor of the line, Removing nest /chineese manja from towers & conductors, Rectification of the line defects such as fixing of missing/stolen tower parts, Fixing of dislocated/New Vibration Dampers, Checking and tightness of jumpers, Cleaning of Disc Insulators etc. and attending of all emergency break downs such as Replacement of damaged Jumpers, Replacement of damaged/broken Earth wire/OPGW, Replacement of damaged/ broken Quad Moose/Deer/Zebra/Panther/Wolf, HTLS conductors etc., Reparing of damaged conductors by repair sleeves/midspan joints ,providing shunts, Repairing of coping with materials, backfilling of soil, Replacement of damaged/broken Tension/Suspension Insulators string, Repair of minor damages of Tower such as damage of Cross Arms/Tower Peaks including other associated works with all T&P and additional Man Power as needed. The T&P as per list in Vol-II shall be maintained by the Contractor at Main Site Office and other Site Offices. All consumable items including special Testing Instruments will be provided by the UPPTCL except name/danger/phase plates which shall be under the scope of contractor.
