General Daily cleaning of floors in control room, committee room, SDO/JE office building, toilet, wash basin by phenyl & wet cloth including cleaning of CC road drains in the periphery of S/S including cost of material and labour.

Grass cutting of complete S/S (4 times) + chemical spray (1 time) in one year.

Cleaning of the cable trenches of various sizes cable recks by removing earth deposits and other foreign material in the bottom. Work will be executed for one year.

Regular maintenance of lawn, grassy fields, regular watering, trimming for smooth leveling, through match required T&P, fertilizer and pesticeds, plants etc. for one year. Work includes- 1.   Hedge plantation in row distance between two hedge 15 to 25 cm including digging holes 6” to 12”, manure and treatment with chemical etc, including cost of materials, labour and T&P etc complete in all respects. 2.   Supply and planting of Garden Grass including cost of plants, manure, pesticides, fertilizers, labour and T&P etc complete also including preparation of bed. 3.   Maintenance of seasonal flower bed including digging the earth in bed as per necessity whenever necessary during replantation, plantation of seasonal flower, manuring, watering, mixing of manure with earth uprooting the expired plants after its expiry and replacement of new seasonal plants. 4.   Maintenance of already planted plants/trees including interculture operation including application of fertilizers.

Maintenance of air conditioner plant/window A.C. and steplizers by servicing of each conditioner one year cleaning and washing regularly work also includes to arrange private mechanic if any breakdown occurred in AC to check the fault. (To attend the fault cost of material like electronic parts, compressure etc. will be bear by department) Refilling machine & refrigent gas will be provided by the contractor through out the year as and when required). Maintenance of lighting system in switchyard, control room & lawn, work include minor spare shall be provided by the contractor free of cost and major spare as choke, lamp etc. shall be provided by the department approx. 130 Nos. Maintenance & cleaning of water tank and associated works.

Maintenance and Refilling of following type fire extinguisher including painting with post office red colour, replacement of damaged hose pipe, nozals/cartridge, trolly wheel etc. and writing of the date of filling and due date of refilling with white colour paint on fire extinguishers, including pasting of operating instructions stickers etc. Mechanincal foam 50 Ltrs. – 10 Nos. CO2 – 22.5 Kg. – 10 Nos. CO2 – 11 Kg. – 06 Nos. CO2 – 4.5 Kg. – 06 Nos. Powder type 10 Kg. – 09 Nos. Powder type 06 Kg. – 04 Nos. Total – 45 Nos.
