Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 grade pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. including all taxes & excluding G.S.T. & including cost of bitumen

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using V.G.-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per technical specification clause 508. including all taxes & excluding G.S.T. & including cost of bitumen

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 including all taxes & excluding G.S.T. & including cost of bitumen

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness asper design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 ( 1:1.5:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work(steel channel,laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formword as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels,rakes compacted ussing needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous and expansion, construciton joints as per norms, applying debonding strips primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction curring of concrete slabs for 14 days and water finishing to lines and specification clause 1501 including cost of polythene sheel and dowel bar and also including complete shifiting of materials and concrete etc.. including all taxes & excluding G.S.T.
