12 mm thick plaster with cement and approved Fine sand in proportion of 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be lass than 10 mm thick including supply of all materials, labours and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(SI No.584)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. As per D.S.R. 2023 SI no. 13.26

Distemper Two coat with oll bound distemper of approved brand manufacture and required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a riming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as of british, shalimar, asian paints after throughly brushing surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also Including preparing the surface even also sand prepared smooth Including cost of all materials. Finshing walls with two coat acrylic smooth exterior paint of requred shade new work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr per 10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.2 kg per 10 sqm) As per D.S.R. 2023 No. 13.46.1
