Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen (V.G.-10) using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.40 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydroulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using viscosity grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Latest MoRT&H Specification.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with V.G.-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Latest MoRT&H Specification.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No. 281)

M-150 Brick work in 1:3 (One cement & three coarse sand) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No. 307)

12mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand of 1.25 fineness modules in 1:3 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No. 582(a)

4.0 cm (1½") thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (1") graded approved stone grit, laid in panels finished with 3 mm. (1/8") floating coat of neat cement of cement and marble dust in ratio 5:1 as specified over and including 8 cm (3") thick base concrete consisting of cement, fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus and brick ballast 4 cm. (1½") gauge in the proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any overlapping mortar at the joints of the penals if any and giving them a uniform finish, including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. but without base concrete. 2.5 cm (1") thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (1") graded approved stone grit, laid in panels finished with 3 mm. (1/8") floating coat of neat cement of cement and marble dust in ratio 5:1 as specified over and including 8 cm (3") thick base concrete consisting of cement, fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus and brick ballast 4 cm. (1½") gauge in the proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any overlapping mortar at the joints of the penals if any and giving them a uniform finish, including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. but without base concrete. R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in Slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W. G.G.I., binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work, including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. (S.I. No. 284(a)

M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage, bend, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire. (S.I. No. 504)

Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No. 279(a)

Earth work including mechanicaly compacted achieving 95% proctor density in embankment in ordinary soil in cutting or in filling, excavation to be in the form of regular pit not exceeding ½ M in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including all lead and lift excluding royality of earth etc. as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid over prepaired filter media (15 cm.) including boulder apron laid dry flexible aprain complete as per drawing.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 (1:1½:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels. rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints as per norms, applying debonding strips primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction, joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 including Cost of Polythene Sheet and also including complete shifting of matrials & Concrete etc.(M-20) (but without dowelbar) (Ch. 20 new item 9(1)
