Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (DSR 4.1.2)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete (DSR-5.9.1)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (DSR-5.2.2)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts (DSR-5.9.6)

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class-150 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (DSR 6.2.2)

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class-150 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (DSR 6.4.2)

12 mm Cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm. in girth and finished even and smooth. ( 1 Cement :6 coarse sand ) (DSR-13.1.2)

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications clauses.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (DSR 13.80)

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two coats on new work (Royal,Silk) Asian/Berger (DSR 13.41.1)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface (apex Ultima, weather coat All guard) asian , berger (DSR 13.47.1)

Providing and laying proofing treatment on roofs of slalbs by applying cement slurry mixed water proffing cement compound consisting of applying. (a) after surface prepration, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488kg/sqm mixed with water proffing cement compound @ 0.253kg/sqm (b) Laying second layer of fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure of 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken up to 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d.). fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately.) for the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured. (DSR No.22.6)

Painting or vanishing on iron works in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work. Paint to be used should confirm to the I.S.I. No.103 1950 (DSR 13.62.1)

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses, builts up gates, door frames ,records racks roof work ,gates etc. wrought to required form, including drilling holes, rivetting or welding where necssary and also including supply of steel ,bolts, nuts and wastages etc. and their fixing required for completion of the work. (DSR 10.1)

Supply and fixing ISI marked 32 mm thick flush door shutter commercial quality conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) including fixing of wooden cleat of stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks, handles complete work. (Fitting with necessary screws to be paid seperatly). (DSR 9.21.2)

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement sturrymixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, incluidng rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) (DSR 11.26)

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor rectifited tiles of size 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand),jointingh cement slurry @3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. (DSR11.41.2)

Providing and fixing float glass panes 4 mm thick glass pane (seight not less than 10kg/sqm) (DSR No.9.7.7.1)

Providing and fixing PVC pipes 150 mm dia (6kg/sqcm) for sewer line including all fitting including trenching refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in charge (Externl work) 150 mm dia ASTRAL PIPES (DSR 18.9.9)

Construction of granular sub-bnase by providing close graded material conforming to specification, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at oOMC, carriage of mixed material by tipers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the disired density, complete as per specification and directions of Engineer- in charge. (DSR No. 16.78.3)

providing and laying factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compacting by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as fper required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour design and pattern. Providing and fixing hnd rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railling and similar works.including applyng primer coat of approved steel primer. (DSR 10.26.1) M.S.Tube
