Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 2/3 part 13.2 mm (22.4 mm - 11.2 mm) and 1/3 part 11.2 mm (13.2 mm-5.6mm) nominal size stone grit using VG-10 Bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Techincal Specification clause 506. (Excluding GST)

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Excluding GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface as per Technical Speicification Clause 503. (Excluding GST)

Concrete with 40 mm gauge brick ballast fine sand and F.M. 1.25 and cement in proporation of 6:3:1 in foundation and under floor including supply of all material labour and T&P etc requried for proper completion of work. S.I. 280 (Excluding GST)

12mm thk plaster with cement and approved coarse sand mortar 1:3 on brick work i/e racking the joints washing, cleaning and supply of all materials labours and T & P required complete as/ S I No. 583. (Excluding GST)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm usingmannual means .as per technical specification cluause 502. (Excluding GST)

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.5m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm. layers, including ramming and dessing the surface to required levels & slopes & also including 1.5m. lift & 30m. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m. Distance as directed by the engineer-in-charge. (Excluding Royalty). (Excluding GST)

Construction of drain Earth work excavation in trenches for foundation in ordinary soil including disposal of surplus earth. S.I. 251 (Excluding GST)

Cement Concrete Pavement Construction of un-reinforced, undowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade OPC type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 (Excluding GST)
