Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex, Bitumen ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with Hydraulic burmer incliding as per Tecnical Specification clause 503. and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex, Bitumen ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

P/L of open graded premix carpeting of 20mm thick composed with 13.2 mm to 5.60mm grit aggregate or approved graded grit @ 0.27 cum/10Sqm. using bitumen (VG-10) @ 146.00 Kg./100Sqm. as bearing course, including heating of bitumen to required temperature, and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex, Bitumen ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T. Providing and applying seal coat type ‘C’ with 2.36 mm gauge stone grit @ 0.90 cum/100 Sqm & bitumen (VG-10) 65 kg/100 Sqm including heating of bitumen to required temperature, mixing of stone grit with suitable mixol, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex, Bitumen ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Part B (CC Work)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borow pits with all lifts and leads trancporting upto 3 Km upto sites, spreading, grading to required slope and compected to meet requirement of table 300.2 and lead and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex etc. complete as per diretcion by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex etc. complete as per diretcion by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, 15 cm thickness as per design over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30 Grade coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side frame work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the framework as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continious operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints by providing 12mm thick dura board at the specified spacing, applying debonding strips primer, sealant near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 but including cost of polythene sheet and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loan, clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30m and including filling waterning and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space in to the building and the side of foundation tranches.3 and incliding supply of all meterial T&P and etc. as per direction of Engineer in charge. and excluding G.S.T.

Plain cement concrete with 4cm guage stone ballast and fine sand of 1.25 F.M and cement in proportion of 1:4:8 in foundation and under floors and incliding supply of all meterial T&P and labour cess etc. as per direction of Engineer in charge.required for proper completion of the work. SI No- 281 and excluding G.S.T.

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors, windows and sunshades excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Binding wire of supplied by the contractor free of cost. SI No- 283 (A) and excluding G.S.T.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel . SI No 504 and excluding G.S.T.

Mantinance Part A @ 7.50 %

Maintenance of constructed Bituminous road next five year after completion the contractor shall be paid total maintenance cost 7.5% of tender Civil Cost for five year in the form of instalment as below. The payment shall be inclusive of cess but excluding GST payment shall be done as per satisfaction of engineer in charge regarding maintenance work carried out by contractor (Including cess and Excluding GST) For 1st Year 0.00%

Item No. 9 but for 2nd year 0.75%

Mantinance Part B @ 2.50%

Maintenance of constructed CC road next five year after completion the contractor shall be paid total maintenance cost 2.50% of tender Civil Cost for five year in the form of instalment as below. The payment shall be inclusive of cess but excluding GST payment shall be done as per satisfaction of engineer in charge regarding maintenance work carried out by contractor (Including cess and Excluding GST) For 1st Year 0.00%
