Providing Laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 11.2 mm aggregates using VG-10 Visocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base , including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing and laying seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tones/hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade. (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

PART B Maintainance cost :- Maintainance cost will be paid year wise as per Government order No. 17/2024/SA.-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Date 16.01.2024. Maintainance cost will adjusted as per final cost of construction and will be paid accordingly. (from serial number 01 to 05)

1st year- maintainance cost 0% on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

2nd year- maintainance cost 1.5% on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

3rd year- maintainance cost 3 % on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

4th year- maintainance cost 4.50% on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

5th year- maintainance cost 6 % on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4-53mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. WBM Grading-3 as per Technical Specification Clause 404 (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Construction of un reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30(Grade) coarse and fine aggregates confoming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse aggreagate not exceeding 25 mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels rakes compacted using needle screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and construction joints and near aapproaches and construction joints admixtures as approved curing of concrete slabs for 14-days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501. As direction by the E/I, (Including all taxes, labour cess, T&P and material but Excluding GST)

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m and Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with Disposal upto 1000 metres as per MORTH specification clause. (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. and technical specifications Clauses 2100 (Including all taxes, labour cess, T&P and material but Excluding GST)

Supplying fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement in foundations complete as per drawing and specification Clausee (Including all taxes, labour cess, T&P and material but Excluding GST)

Stone Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. (Including all taxes, labour cess, T&P and material but Excluding GST)

RCC Grade M20 using batching plant transit mixer & manual placing with with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm Gauge approved stone ballast (Including all taxes, labour cess, T&P and material but Excluding GST)

Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 parts of sand of 1.25 FM including Supply of all material , labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work.As per SOR SI No-574. (Including all taxes, labour cess, T&P and material but Excluding GST)

PART B Maintainance cost :- Maintainance cost will be paid year wise as per Government order No. 17/2024/SA.-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Date 16.01.2024. Maintainance cost will adjusted as per final cost of construction and will be paid accordingly. (from serial number 07 to 14)

1st year- maintainance cost 0% CC & Drain Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

2nd year- maintainance cost 0.25 % CC & Drain Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

3rd year- maintainance cost 0.5 % CC & Drain Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

4th year- maintainance cost 0.75 % CC & Drain Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

5th year- maintainance cost 1 % CC & Drain Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)
