Construction of ''Intz'' type One no. RCC Over Head Tank complete in all respects (with contractor's own steel, cement and all T&P items required for the construction) of 50000 gallon capacity each with 20 m high RCC staging as per Standard NR HQ E Plan No. HQ/1/01-97 (sheet no. I & II, R-1 NR Type plan. W- 40) with raft foundations, bottom ring beam, floor columns with bracings, top ring beam, column bracings, top dome, bottom dome, 900 mm wide RCC stair case with two rows of 15 mm dia "A" class G.I. pipe railing over balcony etc on outer side, M.S.ladder from last landing to balcony, balcony to top dome, Alluminium ladder from top dome to inside tank body complete, man hole with cover at top dome, ventilator with covering of mosquito proof netting fixed on wooden frame, water level indicator (electrical/electronics) having display arrangements in pump house with suitable wiring from tank to pump house building providing and fixing of aluminium lightening 1 conductor strip 20 mm x 3 mm at center of top slab of ventilator in accordance with IS specification, providing and fixing CI double flange "LA" class vertical pipes from tank body to 1.00 m below ground level with proper duck foot bend resting over the cement concrete block of proper size along with materials required for proper jointing, fixed in MS clamp with column etc. complete as per direction of Railway's Engineer at site, C.I. / D.I. inlet pipes 100 mm dia 03 nos., C.I. / D.I. outlet pipes 150 mm dia 02 nos. with 01 no overflow pipe of 100 mm dia and one wash out pipe (150mm dia), etc. including 19 mm thick plaster with coarse sand 1:2 inside the tank body except top dome and cement and sand plaster 1:3,6 mm thick on all exposed surface with all contractor's men and materials, equipment, shuttering, temporary arrangements etc. complete work with two coats of water proofing cement of approved shade and quality on exposed concrete surface & two coats of enamel paint of approved shade and quality over all steel surfaces, including testing of overhead tank and maintaining the same for a period of six months. All RCC works to be executed in M 30 design mix. The rate to be quoted is for complete work, as per plan no referred above.

Soil investigation in connection with provision of 01 no. RCC overhead tanks of capacity 50000 gallons from IIT/NIT or any other approved Engineering College including submission of the report to as certain the bearing capacity and its suitability for foundation of tank from authorized institute.
