S&F stay assembly set comprising of stay bow, galvanised 16mm dia 400mm long stay rod 16 mm dia GI stay bow, 1800 mm long with nuts, bolts, washers, MS stay plate, 02 Nos thimble and clamp etc required with all accessories as specified Note :- Loop type insulators, excavation, earth work, concrete for foundation shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch 'A'. PCC shall be measured and paid separately) including taking down unsv stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

S&F loop type insulator large size with over all dimension 90x140 mm clearance of hole 25.5 compelte all as specified and directed

M&L for galvanised steel standard stay wire of size 3.15mm (70 Kg/Sqmm) grade for stay of poles including necesssary clamps of 50x6mm of flat iron complete all as specified in electtri 300x300x6 mm MS stay plate including thimbles, GI stay wire 7/2.24 mm SWG of required with all accessories as specified and directed.

M & L for Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, febricated with GI steel wire 3.15 mm dia incuding dismanteling of unsv complete all as specified and directed.

M&L aluminium conductor steel reinforcd (ACSR) of any size for LT over head conductor on poles including stringing, tightening binding to insulators with aluminium wire making and connecting commissioning and testing including dismantling compelte all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L for 7 SWG GI continuous earth wire of size 3.15 mm or 4.00 dia for cradles, gurading and earth continuity on LT OH pole including suitable, binding wires etc including dismantaling of unsv earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-fabricated MS structural steel (IS marked) work consisting of channels / angles / other sections etc of various sizes and shape, cut / weld / drilled holes etc hot / cold in position for cross arms with FI clamps (full, half D and earth clamp etc) incl necessary MS bolts, nuts etc and painting including dismanteling of unsv cross arm etc all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for opening the binding wire from pin/shackle insulator on steel pole of any height for re-stretching the ACSR conductor, after re-stretching without kinks & bends, binding the pin/shackle insulator with appropriate size of aluminium binding wire, etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) The above work includes clearing/ prooning of tree branches faling around the conductors. (ii) Cost of binding wire deemed to be included in the quoted rate, No extra amount will be paid.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of LT/HT steel tubular/swaged/rail poles of 9m to 11m long including brackets, clamps, channels and cross arms by cleaning of oils, lubricants, grease etc. complete above PCC coping and applying two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces 1m above PCC coping, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in zebra pattern with Aluminium and red colour combination up to 1m height above PCC coping; writing MES No. of poles (Number size shall be 25mm and lettering shall be 40mm) complete including applying two coats of white wash on exposed concrete surfaces of coping to poles duly preparing the surfaces all as directed.

Trimming of tree branches along the LT overhead line up to 1.5 mtr from OH line to tree around the parameter, ncluding cleaning and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 mtr outside the periphery of the area,unit area complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Span shall be considered the distance between pole to pole.

M&L for MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts, adjustable type, 100 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts, adjustable type, 200 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts, adjustable type, 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts, adjustable type, 630 Amps with breaking capacity 50 KA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolt, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31(9 mtr long). Including painting pole with two coats of bituminous paint internally and external embedded portion in ground concrete and painting exposed surface with two coats of aluminum paint over one coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer including taking down of existing LT pole of any size and re-fixing of chaneel, insulator and electric connection etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked as per IS 7098-I laid in trenches ducts or fixing or passing through GI pipe across the road/path/drains/along wall/ floor/ pole/ equipment etc. cross sectional area including cable lugs of following size including taking down of existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

(a) LT cable 2 Core 10 Sqmm

(b) LT cable 3.5 core 35 Sqmm

(c) LT cable 3.5 core 70 Sqmm

(d) LT cable 3.5 core 120 Sqmm

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope / gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. including removing cable protection PCC covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable covers / bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and protection covers.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and exc 1.5 mtr but n exc 3.0 mtr in depth for foundation, laying of pipe etc and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan for manhole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & Laying Sub Class `B’ bricks old size with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable as in cable protection all as specified and directed

Supply and laying new dry river sand laid in trenches 8.0cm below the cable and 15.0cm above the cable and gently punned to 18.0cm as cable cushioning and covering complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Only punned 18 cm thick sand cushioning shall be measured and paid)

M&L for Cutting/Boring of road/Hard standing to a size of 30 cm in width and not exceeding 60 cm in depth for laying of protection pipe/water line/Cable including returning filling, Including spreading and providing PCC in 1:2:4 B1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate for the top 100mm layer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying galvanised iron pipe 50mm bore light grade fixed to poles with steel clamps laid under road crossing, fixed to wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per Srl item No. 30 here in before but 25 mm bore

Material and labour for P.C.C (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation of pole and filling of mass concrete including providing necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping to poles including necessary form work and applying three coats of white wash over the surfaces of coping including demolition of existing disturbed coping and removing the debris to a distance n.exc. 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in repairs for Out Door Feeder piller box three phase four wire, 415 Volts fabricated free floor standing type, including PCC foundation as per requirement of size (Minimum), dust, rain and vermin proof cubical type LT Panel board on angle iron frame of size 35x35x6mm with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet with anti corrosive coating synthetic enamel sprey Grey paint with fully compartmentalized design Bus bar with 04 Nos of aluminium strips fixed on insulators & one Nos 100 Amp, 415 Volts, 16 KA,4 poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs & Maintenance of existing LT Panel board installed at Sub Stn No-2, existing two coat sprey painting over one coat of red oxide primer after proper surface prepration & setting with replacement of panel wiring , setting of existing serviceable items, charging, testing etc after complete with replacement of the following unsv fitments :- (i) MCCB 250 A,415 V, 4 Poles, 36 Ka=1 (ii ) MCCB 100 A,415 V, 4 Poles, 25 ka=2, (iii ) MCCB 63 A,415 V, 4 Poles, 25 ka=1, (iv) Indicating lamp with Volt & Ameter with CT etc complete all as specified & directed.

Repairs & Maintenance of existing LT Panel board installed at Officers Mess ,existing two coat sprey painting over one coat of red oxide primer after proper surface prepration & setting with replacement of panel wiring , setting of existing serviceable items, charging, testing etc after complete with replacement of the following unsv fitments :- (i) MCCB 250 A,415 V, 4 Poles, 36 Ka=1 (ii ) MCCB 100 A,415 V, 4 Poles, 25 ka=2, (iii ) MCCB 63 A,415 V, 4 Poles, 25 ka=3 (iv) Indicating lamp with Volt & Ameter with CT etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning in repairs of three Phase four wire, 415 Volts outdoor type factory fabricated free floor standing type, including PCC foundation as per requirement of size (Minimum) , dust, rain and vermin proof cubical type, LT panel board fabricated from angle iron frame of size 50 x 50 X 6 mm with 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with anti corrosive coating and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint grey shade (RAL-7032) fully compartmentalized design with 04 Nos of bus bars each made of high conductivity 99.9% pure copper of ETP grade suitable for 300 Amps pre-wired with suitable size of copper cable/insulated copper strip including suitable Aluminum earth strips conforming to IS and all as specified with supply and fixing the following :- Incomming :- (i) MCCB four pole, 250 Amps, 36 KA, 415 volts adjustable thermal magnetic release type - 01 No (Incoming) (ii) Digital Ammeter 0-400 Amp 96 x 96mm with inbuilt selector switch and three current transformer of suitable ratio and capacity of make – AE/ENERCON/Conzerv - 01 No (iii) Digital Voltmeter 0-500 volts 96 x 96mm with inbuilt selector switch of make – AE/ENERCON/Conzerv. - 01 No (iv) Three indication lamps for three phases. Repairs & Maintenance of existing LT Feeder Pillar board installed at Main office RTS &Depot ,existing two coat sprey painting over one coat of red oxide primer after proper surface prepration & setting with replacement of panel wiring , setting of existing serviceable items, charging, testing etc after complete with replacement of the following unsv fitments :- (i) MCCB 250 A,415 V, 4 Poles, 36 Ka=1 (ii ) MCCB 100 A,415 V, 4 Poles, 25 ka=2, (iii ) MCCB 63 A,415 V, 4 Poles, 25 ka=1 (iv) Indicating lamp with Volt & Ameter with CT etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Repairs & servicing to LT ACBs of any capacity (400 A to 1600 A) of any make by removing out the breaker from the respective panels after taking proper electric shut down & disconnecting the breaker, checking it thoroughly for the defects & tripping system of the ACB and rectifing them, lubrication of moving parts, overhauling of the ACB, replacement of wornout minor spares like springs, washers, levers, nuts & bolts etc reassembling , re-installation ,testing & commissioning of ACB complete all as directed by Engineer-in- charge [Note: (i) Spare parts require replacement shall be measured as 'Supply only' (ii) Cost of lubricants, cleaning agents, testing tools and minor spares shall be deemed to be including in quoted rates]

Supply only Moving Arcing contacts and adjust the contact pressure of LT ACB including rectification of overheating and loose contact of any make any capacity (400 Amps to 1600 Amps)

Supply only closing coil including rectification of manual and auto tripping arrangement of LT ACB of Exisiting make any capacity as per site requirement (400 Amps to 1600 Amps) complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply only shunt release of LT ACB of Existing make and capacity as per site requirement (400 Amps to 1600 Amps) complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply only auxillary contact 4NO+4NC suitable for LT ACB of Existing make and capacity as per site requirement (400 Amps to 1600 Amps) complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material and labour for repairs and servicing to APPFC Panel for Trouble Free Operation including Control Wiring, testing etc, complete as directed. [Note: Spare parts require replacement shall be measured as 'Supply only']

Supply only LT Power capacitor, MPP, heavy duty, box type (Resin filled), 50 Hz, 440 volts of capacity 10 KVAR as per existing size including taking down of existing unserviceable Capacitor complete as directed.

Supply only LT Power capacitor, MPP, heavy duty, Cylindrical type, 50 Hz, 440 volts of capacity 5 KVAR as per existing size including taking down of existing unserviceable Capacitor complete as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only LT Power capacitor, MPP, heavy duty, Cylindrical type, 50 Hz, 440 volts of capacity 10 KVAR as per existing size including taking down of existing unserviceable Capacitor complete as directed.

Supply only Capacitor Duty Contactors type MO C5, including Front mounting Auxiliary Contact Block 2 NO + 2 NC, 50 Hz, 415 Volts of Rating Capacity 5 KVAR as per existing size including taking down of unserviceable Contactors, complete as directed.

Supply only Capacitor Duty Contactors type MO C10, including Front mounting Auxiliary Contact Block 2 NO + 2 NC, 50 Hz, 415 Volts of Rating Capacity 10 KVAR as per existing size including taking down of unserviceable Contactors, complete as directed.

Supply only automatic power factor controller RM-12 for measuring A.V.PF. Cos phi, W,V Ar,VA etc. including taking down of unserviceable automatic power factor controller RM complete as directed.

M&L for filtration/ dehydration of transformer and servo voltage stabilizer oil including checking di-electric strength of oil before and after filtration for various transformers and servo voltage stabilizer located at RTS & Depot area with suitable machine having filtration, heating and pumping facility to improve the dielectric strength/ insulation value of oil. Notes :- (i) Di-electric strength of oil after filtration/ dehydration shall not be less than 60 KV/min. (ii) The contactor shall take shut down orders in writing from Engineer-in-charge before commencement of the work. (iii) The contractor shall ensure no wastage of transformer oil. (iv) The di-electric strength of oil shall be tested before & after filtration and test results shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling new transformer oil for topping up the transformers duly filtered with filtration plant having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed. [Make : Poweroil/ Electrol/ Savitha/ Tashol/ Servo]. Note :-(a) The transformer oil shall be type EHV confirming to IS - 335/1983. (b) Mineral oil grade shall be used. (c) The IR value of transformer oil shall not be less than 60KV/min. (d) The unit rate shall be deemed to include the cost of filtration to achieve desired di-electric strength.

M& L for opening up the top cover of transformer and taking out the transformer oil in a separate container after disconnecting the HT/LT side electric connections from both the primary & secondary side of the transformer of any type/description (indoor/out door type) upto 300KVA capacity installed on pole/floor, for carrying out necessary repair/rewinding to HT/LT side after shifting the transformer to contractors work shop including taking out complete core assembly, megger testing the defective winding portion/taking out , cleaning the laminated core and rewinding with appropriate gauge/winding wire/strip winding of existing description for transformer of following capacity including assembling & testing on completion & installation the same at the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Winding of coil shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item. (b) Transportation charges are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) The cost for the dehyderation of transformer oil if required shall be measured and paid seperately. (d) The cost of insulation material such as paper, cotton tape, latheriod sheet, cork sheet etc are included in the quoted rate. (f) Proper shut down shall be taken by the contractor before execution of the work.

M&L for replacement of copper winding wire of any size/description suitable for step down transformer of any capacity, including winding of coil of HT side as per manufacturers design and specification to obtain rated KVA complete all as specified and directed.

All as above Srl item No 54 here in before but for strip winding of LT side

M&L for air breather assembly complete with fresh blue colour silica gel suitable for indoor/outdoor transformer capacity upto 300 KVA of 11/0.415 KV Tfr connected to air column with conservator tank complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement transformer oil temperature gauge 0 - 100, graduated, analogue dial type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement HT porcelain bushing (set of three) of suitable size for transformer upto 300 KVA including nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LT porcelain bushing (set of four) of suitable size for transformer upto 300 KVA including nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement HT bush rod (set of three) made out of copper with brass nuts and washers of required length including connecting up with HT coil of transformer upto 300 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs LT bush rod (set of four) made out of copper with brass nuts and washers of required length including connecting up with LT coil of transformer upto 300 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable rubber seal/sheet gasket (Cork sheet), S & F rubber seal for transformer HT/LT studs complete for any capacity of transformer, making from synthetic rubberized cork sheet gasket 6mm thick for top cover & HT/LT bushes at places for existing & new and also tightening well all the bushings and top cover to avoid any oil leakages for transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix MS Chain Link Fencing with suitable framed brackets of angles, MS base plates, MS flats including cuttings,drilling, welding, MS Nuts, bolts & painting etc and also PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling mass concrete, PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base flooring 100mm thick for receiving of floor finishes etc complete all as specified.

M & L for laying 100 mm thick aggregate 20 mm graded layer under 2- poles, 4 -poles structuers and panel side etc all as specified & directed

M&L for Earthing complete with using GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness off 15 cm all around the plate with using 4 mm dia GI Wire as earth lead moulded and retreived to earth plate at one end and connected to main switch / control board at another end with and including 15 mm dia GI light grade from upper end of earth plate upto external face of the wall of the building including 20 mm dia bore GI pipe light grade as water pipe from chamber to upper edge of the plate GI funnel with wire mess fixed on water pipe and provison of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20 mm Dia graded stone aggregate) duly reinforced with mild steel round bar 6 mm dia @ 150 mm c/c both ways with 10 mm dia mild steel bars as in lifting handle with and including necessarry excavation and earth work including laying the pipe concealed in floor / wall allas per plate NO-3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completiopn (Note:- If the desired resistance is not found earthing shall be done by the contractor at no extra cost to Govt).

All as per Srl item No. 65 here in before but using galvanised strip 32x6 mm thick and and protection pipe of 40 mm bore light grade. Note:- The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to included cost of 7.5 m long galvanised strips 32x6 mm dia and protection pipe of 40 mm bore medium grade(ISI marked) any veriation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order based on SSR rates adjusted with quoted rates.
